Nice airport with good services. Plenty of stores and supported facilities here. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The airport railink services was nice too, connecting Deli and Medan with a quick transportation. The toilet was clean, the other facilities were well maintained as well.

Transit here to jump-in Railink to and from Medan city. Order via online ticketing, then go to CS to change into ticket. Process was fast. The facilities is good, AC too cold for me, the floor clean and they have bright light.

The culture of Northern Sumatera was felt with miniature of traditional house beside the customer service.
The airport railway will serve passengers from 3.30 am from Medan Station until 23.35 pm from kualanamu airport. Kualanamu - medan takes time about 45 minutes.
Train departure time was on time but the train had stopped a few minutes to queue as there were other trains passing but still on schedule arrived in Medan Station.
So comfortable, clean and excellent interior like using train in Japan.
I feel the train was slow because i often used the commuter line in Jakarta but still it on time i think it not a big problem. Love this station much!

Very clean. The staffs are very humble, they always show the passenger the way to book the train tickets.
Unfortunately,Q the price of the ticket is quite expensive for mostly people.

The train station heading to medan very clean, in terms of the service is also very friendly, there is a bberpa time I get a discount on the ticket price when buying a ticket and it's very much preferred by users to railink to medan city without having to by car/bus
