ASTON Jember Hotel & Conference Center

Great clean hotel conveniently located. Great value for money. The waffles at the breakfast were to die for and can be served with maple syrup, a great parking lot, a gym, and a pool. Highly recommended.

One of the best experiences of staying in a hotel one can have. Also, been to many other Astons before, but Aston Jember excels a lot more in their significant hospitality and service, and also fast response to any quiries.

This is my second time staying here and I have the same 5 stars to rate the hotel.

One of the good hotels for those looking for accomodation in Jember. The rooms are standard chain hotel room, spacious enough and clean with basic amenities needed for a night stay. The breakfast was good. When we stayed the hotel was fully booked with government official holding an event, so it gets busy during times. The hotel has a pool good for children. The interior of the rooms (and also some facilities) could be better maintained.

Just took an IELTS Online Test here, has stable Internet Quality with 20/Mbps speed. Stayed for 3 nights. The services was great! Requested for Take Away Breakfast and they packed it immediately. Ordered the Room Services aswell the food was fresh but the Sego Goreng and the French Fries are too monotone.

And the room design is too old, need some renovations and add more light. Overall, it’s a worth to stay at this hotel in Jember, willing to come back later.

A very convenient place to stay in. We were there on vacation last weekend. We got superior room, enough for 5 of us 😅. Also, it has beautiful view. We could see the sunrise from our window room.
The children were very enjoying swimming in the pool at the 2nd floor. The meals were so delicious. The kids were excited to have the breakfast. Well.. I will recommend this hotel for you to stay in.

Perfecto, from Security untill Room attendant they assist our event held is perfect. Specially Restaurant menu has served us is Fabulous "10" for Chef Cris and Pak Hadi.
Front office very good coordination to arrange our group when check in. The room is clean "Thanks to Pak Joko",
Hopefully will come back to Aston Jember when have business at Jember.

Really good place for staycation in Jember. The food is delicious and varied. Please improve or change the door security system because for the first time I confused how to open the door and it's really difficult to use. Overall okay for the services.

Aston jember is one of the best hotel in jember. Has a nice room design. I really like the view from the 8th floor. The staff is also very friendly. I am very satisfied with the service.

Room is large, with big TV and cold AC.
Large bathroom and powerful hot water.
Breakfast is good, though restaurant interior and atmosphere should be improved (air conditioner broken and the table is too close)
Strategic location, and there is alfamart express at the lobby.

Well what can i say, good ambience, comfy room, maze-like corridors, and a nice sky bar and pool.

Such a beautiful place and atmosphere, especially the stunning sky bar and pool which highlighted my stay in here.

They also have polite and helpful staffs, a cozy cafe for night quite time ( especially when you're staying there for work ).

Like the other Aston hotel in many city in Indonesia, Aston Jember is very nice hotel to stay. The breakfast have a very good taste. The room is not so big, but have a good space and clean. The staff are friendly and very nice.
