Hotel is located in the city centre. One of the best hotels in Bengkulu. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy room. I had a relaxed and enjoyable stay in this hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel if I come to Bengkulu again.

Bed was clean. Toilet was great, all were well functioned.

My stay at Mercure Bengkulu was truly memorable, thanks to an exceptional moment provided by Dwi Kumala, a member of the reception team. She enthusiastically shared insights about Bengkulu's abundant durian season and its affordability, even offering to bring some for me to sample.

During breakfast, Dwi Kumala surprised me which I initially mistook for a sampling lunch box. To my delight, it turned out to be a around 5 kg tightly packaged of peeled durian as a gift from Bengkulu.

What stood out the most was Dwi Kumala's pride in showcasing Bengkulu's renowned produce and her sincere hospitality, treating guests like cherished family members. It's clear that Mercure Bengkulu selects staff who embody passion and dedication, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere that guests can truly appreciate.

Hats off to Mercure Bengkulu for providing such an extraordinary experience.

I had a great stay at Mercure Bengkulu Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Overall, I really enjoy for staying here.
All the hospitality was good, and the breakfast is also good taste and have alot of various food.

October 2023 Update:

It has been a month since my first stay with Mercure Bengkulu. With a stark contrast to my previous experience with the hotel and the staff members, I am very thrilled to say that the hotel in itself; has successfully transformed into an establishment worthy of Accor Group.

It was evident that the management has poured copious amounts of effort into improving the service quality of their housekeeping and front desk team members.

The room I stayed in is in an amicable condition, devoid of dust and dirt. The bedding and the towels are in pristine condition.

The staff members starting from the security guards all the way to the front desk and room service team were warm and welcoming. They were professional in performing their duties and I was given all the amenities and proper welcome as an Accor Plus Gold Member.

The hotel has a Spa, a swimming pool, and a proper gym. The facilities were well maintained and the staff members were attentive and helpful.

All in all, I was very happy with my stay and I look forward to another night with Mercure Bengkulu.

Rooms was big with a nice feel of furniture, not trying the foods tho, location wise nearby anyrhing in the city.

This is a brand new four star hotel in Bengkulu. The room is very clean and conform. It is absolutely recommended to stay here.

Great service, able to request connecting rooms if it's available. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great food, different buffet menu everyday. Great location. Overall, great hotel and service for less than IDR 1Mio

Was surprised to find the nice of a hotel in rather quiet town. I mean, i am familiar with Mercure hotel chain. But this particular one was nice. We were travelling with groups. 2 of my associates was complaining about their rooms. One was hot air conditioner and the other one heard loud noises on midnight. I had none of that. I do think the breakfast could be a little bit better. With more variety and better taste. And perhaps the waitress could be a little more active to offers either hot tea or hot coffee as courtesy. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to this city. Cheers
