Pleasant stay , warm hospitality

I’ve stay at Swiss Belhotel in different regions servals times , This is the first time I stay at kenderi, and the best experience overall.

Herdin welcomed me with his warm smile at the front desk. It feels like coming back home . He upgraded me to deluxe room which really made my day , what a birthday surprise? The room is spacious , clean , got all I needed.

Also , I appreciate experience of having breakfast at Swiss kitchen, every staffs are cheerful and willing to help . I love the variety of food and drinks provided.

May I express my sincere appreciation to the hotel team for their excellent performance , especially Herdin’s professional service.

We are sure we will come back, highly recommend to everyone.

Nice moment here, will be repeat order if going business trip in Kendari.

Note : wifi in floor 2 is slow, please help to improve it

The food so delicious, so many food stall in the table. Look so nice.

This hotel is a place that I always stay when I am in Kendari.
Menu of the restaurant is very much standard, however the bakery side is always interesting. Apart from the variety the bread is soft and tasty.
Egg station is always quickly response to the guess request. The waiters/waitress are always happy to help. Prity is one of then. A young lady who is isnfull of enthusiast m

Good place to relax. Have gym and swimming pool. Food is good and not too expensive, hotel price. Have some seats but usually crowded in weekend. The swimming pool is good and quite wide with 1.5 meter deep

One of the best hotel in Kendari besides Clarion. They have cafe and live band mostly in the weekend. You can sit in the lobby and playing grand piano. They also serve best food, my favourite one is Nasi Goreng. I tried the presidential suite once, and it is one of the best. You can walk across the street if you want to enjoy Kendari Beach view.

We were stay at this hotel with my 8 person we are sailor hotel is the best hotel we have seen there. Service is best and there is a full experienced executive cook i think cook make hotel the best in kendari also endonesia region if you come to kendari this hotel will be right choose and when you check in to this hotel first rhing to do you go to restaurant and taste the executive chef' delicious food . Nice hotel and delicious breakfast. On the other hand, this hotel needs more service for serving the customer because when I came there, there was a blackout for several minutes before they use the secondary power source.

Biggest swimming pool in Kendari. Nice and helpful staff. You can find 'Sajadah' in your room.
