Interior 98% good and clean. Breathtaking view. Food has enough variations but the taste is just so so

The hotel was good. The services great. The receptionist manner’s good. The food for breakfast was good. All over is good.
I just noticed that this hotel didn’t have any kind of usual iron for clothes, the vapor iron instead. so i couldn’t use it. Or the laundry didn’t give any advise how to use it. Nah.

And I booked a non smoking room but didn’t know why it smelled like the previous customer was a smoker cus the smell of the room.
All tools were in well-function.

But for many requests I made for booking this hotel, this hotel gave best services. 👍🏻

Very good facilities and services hotel

I was check in at their junior suits, and the room was clean and needs, but the food are disgusting, there is no taste blahhh, seriously I ordered a aglio alio but the only flavour that I can taste is salt and chili, , is so pedasssss and salty, and I ordered a " Cah tauge with ikan asin " But no ikan asin as well, and the plating is nehh, am not recommend them,

Room is clean & tidy, spacious & comfortable.
But, you need to prepare for 500.000 rupiah for deposit/room, paid by debit/cash.

Great hotel, given the limited selection of hotel in Kendari. It's a local chain but quite well-managed.

The room was spacious and if you're lucky, you'd enjoy room with breath-taking view of Kendari Bay, the iconic Masjid Alam and Kendari bridge. Amenities were limited, they use pump dispenser for soap and shampoo but they have toothbrush and other regular amenities as well. No razor, ironing equipment, but they might be available upon request.

The breakfast were fine, mostly local selection, not fancy, but adequately satisfying.

Wifi service was okay, some hiccups once in a while, especially during high season. Do not expect super high speed internet, given the region.

The service were great. Laundry service were speedy and punctual. I asked for pick up in the evening and they delivered in the morning.

Maybe the best hotel in the town

The best in town! Strategic location, spacious lobby (with ATM centre, convenience shop, newspaper corner and free phone charging spot), comfortable room (women friendly because the hanging miror and hairdryer in the bathroom), various breakfast menu. Wonderful scenery from the pool (2nd floor). We can also ride the bike around the hotel. Due to covid-19 they do some strict treatment such as, checking the visitor's temperature at the lobby, many hand sanitizer spots, plastic glove for the guests at restaurant and so on.

This is the best hotel in Kendari. It was named Clarion.

The room is typical 5 stars hotel, but yes there's stain in the carpet, but unnoticeable until you pay attention to it.

Room is spacious, TV cable is available and air conditioner is top notch cold. Bathroom is clean and hot water is always available 24 hours.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

The downside is you have to give them money as collateral as big as IDR 500.000, but they will give you back the money when you check out from the place as long there is no damage in the room and none of their property missing.

The receptionist was easy to help and the bar and restaurant waiters were respectful.

Fortunately I got a room with a view. Tho I only in the fifth floor. My friends got 11th and the view was awesome. The services were also superb from the staff (Swimming pool, meeting room, house keeping, receptionist). Breakfast menus quite nice. The swimming pool is not so deep (120-150 cm). There are also gym area for working out. Moreover, people who likes to smoke can use restaurant next to the swimming pool.

Visited this place at night for the restaurant. They almost closed. But fortunelately, they still patiently served me and my friends even we are arriving at the very last moment. The service is good. And the staffs also incredibly communicative and adaptive, as they are willing to set up the lighting even when all the restaurant area is closed. I personally praise the staff dedication 👍

Good place to stay in Kendari. Always high occupancy so need to book earlier atleast 1 week before. Check in process need to improved.

Good place to stay when you visit kendari. The room is clean and also quite spacious. The AC and the hot water is working well. The menu on breakfast buffet are quite various, and taste good. This place also have a club, which is frequently become a venue for concert of high rated Indonesian band. Revisit? Obviously.

I love to stay at this hotel everytime I visit Kendari city. Located in the heart of the city. Quick service at front desk. nice, clean and quiet room. nice breakfast. affordable.
