Hasan good employer. Kindly and good looking The room cleaner named Hasan. was very friendly. provide excellent cleaning services. make the bed very neatly. replace bathroom necessities and equipment as needed. works fast and is very polite. Hopefully all workers at Neo Palma serve guests like Hasan too. I felt very helped by the service provided by Hasan. I was stayed here for 3 days. The room was clean and cozy. The food was delicious (but you can make it more various for perfect). All staff was helpful and welcome. Hi, Mbak Viona and Abi, you did a great job!

Nice room and services but unfortunately my room got some issues. The water was brownish at first, and the sliding lock was broken. Still an alright choice in my book since it has been so many times that i used this hotel and only once did something like this happened

All the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, want to watch XXI is also close, the receptionist can also speak English so I have no difficulty in conveying my meaning. I like the service of this hotel. all processes are fast from check in to check out process. The friendly receptionist likes to say hello when I pass the counter. Nice to meet some of the staff who are so friendly, especially Ms. Sophia is humorous, cute and agile🔥😍
