A simple beach near Jakarta, Pari island is good place to visit if you want fast getaway vacation

This beach is a nice place to see sunrise and clean (yes it's clean because the locals maintain it well since you must pay to enter, not expensive)

A small island but so beautiful for weekend, only one hours sailing from jakarta with speed boat, but feel sorry about the garbage. The beach so wonderful, there so many sea star there, the beach are so calm, calming your soul. You can ride a Bicycle round this island. The trip price is cheap.

It's a clean beach with white sand, you can play volly ball, rent a small boat, and this beach is also safety for the children the waves is small even no waves

The people on the island are very friendly and welcoming.The island is very laid back. You can reach everything by walking or bicycle. There is no atm on the island - bring enough cash! Speed boats to pari at 8 a.m. from marine ancke. It was 125'000 and took about 45 min. The boat back was at 2 p.m. for 45'000 and took about 1.5h. It's a very beautiful island and the people are very friendly. Good snorkeling next to the harbour in the deep water. Don't expect luxury - it's more back to the roots. On saturday there is a little dancing and karaoke on the islands. Most tourists are there on weekend - but it's still not crowded. Perfect for 2-3 days relaxing and calmness. The prices on the island are cheap (1 bycicle per day 35k, 1 nasi goreng about 20k, 1 fish bbq about 60k, food from small food-stands are cheaper.
Try to bring catfood with you on the island to feed the very friendly cats - there is no catfood on the island.

Great beach, very clean, amazing view! The local people certainly know how to keep the beach clean. There are few water activities such as kayaking, which is a must try. The mangroves are beautiful too, you wouldn't believe you're still in Jakarta.

Beautiful shallow blueish, greenish and clean beach. None of drifting garbage around. However, some visitors are still littering. Nice for families. Perfect spot to enjoy sunrise.

Affordable destination and view for week end

Pulau pari naturally is beautiful. It has a lot of potential and still under advertised. Locl community provide a relativelky inexpensive home stay. Food is well suited local price and was not inflated. Snorkling spots were fantastic. Also there is an oceanographic centre nearby. The cons however the pari island is somehow dirty with trash especially in the hidden spots as well as near the oceanographic centre. Most tourist would not notice this however if they are not exploring eastern more shabby place. Hopefully the locals were more responaible to keep their God given beautiful island clean and tidy.
