Pramuka island

I visited this hidden gems for 4d3n and everything is amazing. The view, the ambience and the people are the best. Some suggestion for the other visitor :
1. Try to walk around the island at dawn at wait for the sunrise.
2. Rent electric motorbike to strolling the island
3. Try to snorkle/dive around the reef garden near RPTRA Elang. You wont regret
4. Buy this sweets! Banana choco cheese are the best

Went here for diving in end of July. The weather was cloudy with no sun almost seen, so the water visibility is less clear.

But in some spot, we can still see the corals within deeper range.

The coral was pretty, and there were many small fish around.
Saw turtle too hiding in the coral.

Had a great time watching the underwater life here.

A nice and warm island where you can explore nature, beach, turtle conservation, mangroves garden. Try to stay at Seribu Resorts where you can experience nice clean and comfortable rooms in cabins and tents with cool air conditioned and hot water. The resort has semi private beach where you can enjoy sun bathing and free snorkelling. The food is also good, try their fresh grilled fish, shrimps and squids. You won’t be disappointed.

Had an awesome time at Pramuka. The island is one of the rather populated ones in the seribu islands but that comes with the perks of lots of homestays, street vendors and ease of availability of common goods. The three notable locations in the island are the Turtle conservation Centre, Mangrove forest walkway and the sunrise point. Other than that there isn't much to do than to walk around and sit at the edge of the island taking in it's beauty. All the islanders are very friendly people and treat everyone well :)

Wonderful Island, only in in the world , there is a national park belongs to the capital city. plastics are so many under the water, it makes diving are not comfortable. because we just see plastics under the water.

Several places or spots are good to see , as a place for turtles conservation, this place offers you to see , How people can protect turtles from extinction.

Loved this relaxing island. Peaceful. No cars. Seribu Resort was outstanding and has private beach access. Staff were excellent. Nightly BBQ was terrific.

It is the best place for a short escape from the busy life in Jakarta. Spend 3 days and 2 nights is more than enough. You save money and vacation day.

Nice island with great spots for snorkeling. There is a mangrove conservation site where you can enjoy the mangroves and ocean view. You can also rent a boat and go for island hoping.

Pramuka island is one of island in kepulauan seribu. The local knew pramuka island as elang island ( 'elang' means eagle ). Pramuka island is the center of administration for kepulauan seribu goverment. So many goverment office here. One most popular place here is turtle conservation. And you even can trying to snorkeling around pramuka island. And some spot for diving. For beginer diver maybe pramuka island is quiet fine for diving. The magrove ecosytem is nice to. The goverment have more attention for magrove and for communities here. If you going there may you can see hydroponic vegetables everywhere and its easy to get seafood here and many shop provide many things. And the acces from jakarta to here more easy than another island. Regulary boat come to this island two times per weaks from sunda kelapa pier.

Great small island. There are mangrove conservation site, diving and snorkeling spots, and also ATM (BNI).

I Love this island, you can find a refresh air, and beautifull sea near Jakarta. it takes 3 hours from the harbour to reach this place.

An island with pristine beach. Well managed garbage/waste by the local community. Lots of afforfable motels/guest houses. Islands nearby (I.e. Semak Daun) can be visited for snorkeling, diving or camping activities.

Good place to be for weekend getaways if you happen to be in Jakarta

one of nice island at thousand island jakarta.. one hour from marina ancol harbour using speedboat.. we can visit some other island around pramuka island also with wooden boat..

This island is one of biggest Island of The Seribu Island. This area have so many diving spot, exotic beach and many more.
