Talk about getting a meal absolutely perfect. This place is stunning.
The people are great and the food is delicious. Not too fat from home, this is going to be one of my regular haunts.
Authentic Indian food - Terrific.

Not only did they remember us, they remembered our tastes in food.
The owner and staff treat people less as customers in a restaurant, and more like old family and friends visiting their home.
They came over to offer ideas in the most caring of ways, purely in an effort to make our meals even better - They were right with every suggestion - The people here are wonderful.

I have to very strongly recommend this restaurant.

I love this place with a passion. I could come for a year and never have the same dish twice. Every time is an exploration of how delicious food can be.

Authentic Indian Cuisine at Karawaci area.

Mutton / lamb so tender.
They cooked with quite a lot of spices, they blended well.. very nice...

We love their butter Naan, one of the best naan we ever tried.

We want to try their famous Pani Puri, but we are unlucky, it is only served on weekends only.

Great experience at the restaurant. Not only did we get amazing food, the owner was too helpful as well- he helped us out a lot.

We went there around 3:30 at noon and being told that they will open again at 4:30 because of the chef's break which, we thought, is a good thing to ensure a great quality so no problemo. We had Chaas (such a unique drink! I drank it for the very first time. A bit spicy and oh so creamy. Ordered the cold one), Hot Masala Tea (yummo), Masala Papadam (tasty appetizer) and Chicken Tikka Masala as the main course. Portion were so huge that we got some to take out since we couldn't finished almost everything 😆 It was an amazing late lunch and definitely will come back for sure~

Great taste, full of spices. Pani poori is really nice, coriander chutney is excellent. The paneer tikka masala is also good, mutton rogan josh is very tender. Butter naan really nice as well.

Really attentive, straightforward and accommodating.

Taal is one of the few places I keep coming back to, and not just because it's the only Indian restaurant in Tangerang. They have authentic dishes and helpful staff, and everything is, frankly, delicious! I usually order the Mutton Tikka Masala, but the Mutton Dum Biryani is amazing as well, and is my wife's favorite.

I can't wait to go again!

Just had the most amazing feast at Taal! We tried their panipuri (so flavorful!), butter chicken masala (yum!), and those garlic naans were just perfect. But what really stole the show for me was their hot masala tea - what a comforting treat! And don't get me started on the mutton roganjosh; it's a game-changer. Taal is definitely my go-to spot for a flavorful Indian meal!

Very authentic, excellent customer service, personalized recommendations by owner, no wonder it’s known as the most famous legendary Indian restaurant for more than 20 years in Karawaci.

Ordered curry, rice with egg, and butter naan. The rice was rich and there were plenty of eggs. The curry was full of spice with a tint of spiciness (although not really spicy, which is good for my weak-to-spicy-things tounge). The naan was buttery and soft, chewy and nice when paired with the curry.

IT👏IS👏SO👏GOOD👏! Cannot emphasise more how scrumptious the foods here are. Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Vindaloo with Butter Garlic Naan and it is amazing! The Honey Lassi is not to sweet and refreshing. Definitely will come again for another serving next time I'm around the area! Namaste!

First time berkunjung ke Taal restaurant, tidak ada menu yg fail.. 👍Semua luar biasa enak dan very comfort food, home made ingridients include milk products for creamy chicken butter masala and Paneer. Very good service also from the owner when explained n recommended food and special beverage. Surely , we will come back again.. 😊

We decided to eat here to try out indian food, and it was really nice, the curry and the chicken tikka massala is rich in flavour but not too heavy, and the butter naan bread is soft in the inside and crispy in the outside, i would eat here again, Thanks 👌👌

Great food!!! One of the best indian food we’ve ever tasted. The owner was so kind to explain about the menu, she also teached us how to mix the chutney (delish!). She also gave us recommendation which menu pairs best with. Awesome food, great service, definitely our go to indian restaurant!

Always ... consistent original that I know taste of Indian food. Ordered 3 at the start but added 2 more different kind of curries, vindalo, tikka masala, etc. for 5 person.

Finally trying the pani puri, and i love it so much! It has a rich and unique flavour..
And first time trying the strawberry yoghurt and it is so sour and soooo good..

Chicken Palak, Paneer butter masala, and butter naan are all taste perfect, as usual.. Taal is still and will always be my fave place to fulfil my Indian food craving, nyummm ❤❤

Returning customer here, but first timer for trying the Panipuri.

The Panipuri consist of a round pastry, filled with potato, chutney, and some kind of caramelized sauce, but the interesting flavour is the cold soup that you need to fill the panipuri like filling a bucket.
The cold soup for me is a bit difficult taste to acquire, but that doesn't mean it's objectively not good. I rate the Panipuri 8/10

But for me the must order here is always the Paneer Butter Masala , Chicken Palak, and thr Butter Naan. I rate that combination 9.2/10

The Butter Naan is fluffy and taste good with everything, I rate the Butter Naan 10/10

And I also ordered the homemade Yogurt Drink, and It's quite rare nowdays to find proper Yogurt that still taste more sour than sweet, which is good. I rate them 9/10

A real game changer in the highly competitive restaurant business. Taal Indian is the ultimate authentic Indian dining experience in Tangerang City near Karawaci supermall. If you want the best Indian food at a very reasonable price, I cannot recommend more.

The food here was amazing! First time trying authentic indian food and it’s so much better than expected! The chicken butter masala was creamy, mutton tika masala was juicy. The best part for me is the briyani! So much better than other non-authentic briyani selling vendors! Would come again to try other menus~
