Soekarno–Hatta International Airport

I visited Terminal 2. It's layout is spacious, airy and friendly. A low rise building with F&B outlets spread all across non intrusive way.
The check-in hall is big and spacious. Distance from drop off point to the check-in counter is very short.
Immigration is fast. For inbound travelers with visa on arrival may take additional time.

The new Jakarta airport with more complete and modern facilities. More organized, clean and practical. Especially with the international airport which provides many choices of restaurants, duty free shops, mini markets, even pharmacies and handicrafts shops with very diverse choices. Out of the airport, there are many transportation services. If you are new to this country, choose a blue bird taxi which is not far from the international arrival gate

This international airport has a very huge modern area. A nice place to transit because you could explore many things while waiting for your connecting flight. The only downside is, since this airport is quite big, you might need more time and energy to move between places.

A big international airport in the capital of Indonesia. So many gate in here, domestic and international flights. There are many public transportation too that we can use if we need some, so just dont worry if you will get any of them. Large parking areas too, many food courts available.

It's okay if you don't have e-money. Because you have to order in that machine and paid with many methods, include QRIS! Very easy for new comer like me, and don't be shy if you're confused, there are people in information table will help you!

Beautiful and clean and easy to move around in. Lots of help from the workers there lots of prayer rooms Masallah. Visa on arrival simple as paying and showing your passport. Immigration lineup a bit slow only due to people not having their visa on arrival but was politely served and through immigration in about 3 mins. Onwards to customs and as a simple scan of your pre filled out qor code and out of Customs in 15 seconds. Then the real fun begins. Leaving out front of airport you are stunned by how busy it is at 1

By the sudden heat of Jakarta and the Smokey smell thet hangs in the air almost like the Smokey smell after or during a campfire in Canada. Be prepared for the sudden crush of hundreds of vehicles outside in the bustling city of Jakarta. Overall very friendly people that have a pride in themselves and their country. If this is your first introduction to Indonesia then you will benefit with an utter stunning realization of how amazing Indonesia and its people are. If your from the west you will definitely question how you eee yourself and the west in this country. It’s simple elegant and will leave you with powerful memories. Hands down worth ever second here.

I went to Terminal 3 which is the newest airport. It has a beautiful futuristic architecture, decorated with modern ornaments. It has shuttle bus services that take you throughout the gates, so you don't have to walk too far. It's very spacious and has lots of restaurant, cafe, mini market and shops so you won't get bored waiting for your plane. The staff are really helpful and friendly, they even offer us a ride on a golf cart to reach our baggage.

Review of Terminal 2: international departures are from gate 2F; several cafes are outside check in area where you get dropped off by taxi.

Once you pass check in hall, first is immigration area, a bit small but not too crowded.

After immigration, many more shops and cafes, you walk about 5min for security check, then you reach the departure gates. Several small food kiosks are there.

Security check was fast, guys manning them were courteous, and ALLOWED BOTTLED WATERS😀

Near gates, lots of chairs, can have some coffees and snack till your flight is called

Big airport works like an airport.
Keep in mind the terminal 3 gate 1 international. After going through, there are not many healthy options for eating and the prices goes up almost by double so eat at home, bring snacks or eat before you go through security 😀

Terminal 2.look simple and all the shop and infrastructure look old..I hope there will be a renovated to be a true international airport like others

This international airport is very huge. you may use free skytrain in order to move between terminal 1-2-3-train station. do not worry if you looking for culinary, they are ready. especially in terminal 3. use shuttle bus if your gate is too far. it is better you are here 2 hours before your domestic flight or at least 3 hours before your international flight.

they have free wifi also for your connectivity. shared electricity spot to charge your smartphone or laptop. so much chair for you to sit and rest or waiting for your flight. toilets and praying rooms are available too. so you don't have to worry about.

The airport is quite clean, with lots of artistic spots.
There needs to be more connecting vehicles for passengers to and from the furthest gate.

Huge airport with 3 terminal but luckily got free skytrain. Ground staff is helpful.

Beautiful and good airport

Accesibility to this airport is quite good with train services, some bus services, and taxi to downtown Jakarta. Terminal 3 is very huge and spacious. It has the modern airport vibes but still lacks of non fnb shops.
Terminal 2 and 1 are currently under partial renovation. Some of the facilities is not at 100% performance in both terminal.

Overall good.

This airport is a must for anyone who wants to go to Jakarta. The airport is very large and complicated, so first-time foreign visitors may feel a bit confused. Also, the Visa collection area tends to be crowded, so please allow plenty of time for your visit.

Nice clean airport, with friendly staff. Most Indonesian people are very friendly, was a pleasure to visit the airport.
