ERC_Trans Sewa Mobil Di Malang

Rented for 5days. Driver Pak Nico was excellent. He drives safely, always on time, knows his way around. Car was clean and in good condition. Admin response always quick. Highly recommended. I will definitely use ERC Trans again. 👍👍👍

Had the pleasure to rent the car with ERC Rent a Car in Malang, East Java. The service was very professional. Initially we planned to rent Honda Mobilio with manual transmission, however on D-1 they informed us that the car got trouble so then replaced with same car with automatic transmission without extra cost. Driver who picked us up at the airport was very polite, he gave all necessary information to reach ERC office in downtown for us to gave the bond. Obviously thanked to our driver information, we managed to find ERC office in no time. Before we took the car with us, driver explained all the standard procedures to us, including to show any dent in car body, and explained all the protocols.

We were satisfied with ERC service and definitely would recommend to anybody who needs a car to drive around malang and batu.

4 hari jalan-jalan di Malang, all good and went well using Innova include driver also as a guide. The driver was so kind and polite, and helpful. Thank you ERC, will be using rent car again when in Malang.

Admin gives fast response and sangat sopan. Untuk 12 jam car rent, driver sangat informative dan helpful. Untuk airport transfer, Admin provide another solution when they are fully booked - transfer ke travel rekanan for similar price. Will recommend to others.

It was a great fun to have our trip to Malang and Bromo arranged by Erc Trans. The CS officer is very helpful and communicative, and on top of that we got the driver, Pak Johan, who is very nice, fun and friendly. I’ll definitely recommend Erc Trans to my family and friends.
