Grand Metro Hotel Tasikmalaya

One of a good hotel in Tasikmalaya with strategic location to food stalls and heart of city. The room is standard for a 3-star hotel. They have a big fitness room; however not all equipments are well functioned. The indoor pool is nice and wide, very relaxing after tiring day. Please upgrade the breakfast service as the food quality is very basic with over staffs so we feel like they are looking at us all the time while we eat.

The hotel is luxurious, the facilities and services are almost perfect. The room is very clean, comfortable, spacious, can see the view of Galunggung mountain from the room window. Breakfast is good, varied, many choices, there is a swimming pool and fitness facilities. The location of the hotel is very strategic, near Asia plaza, and many restaurants around. This hotel is highly recommended 👍👍👍

I just attended an event in the ballroom of this hotel. The ballroom is quite big, the toilet is inside the ballroom so you don't need to go outside the ballroom. The staffs are friendly, and the food is just so so. They have pool in the 3rd floor. The location is in the city center of Tasikmalaya City.

New Normal style are applied in this hotel. They check your temperature once you enter the lobby. Lots of hand sanitizer dispenser are available through out the hotel. Staff and guests wear masks. One of their best feature is clean and comfortable king koil bedding provided in all types of rooms. Many singing birds in cages are hang around the premises especially around the indoor swimming pool and outdoor breakfast area. The public areas interior features a classic oriental atmosphere, but the rooms style are minimalist. Room rates are fairly reasonable for a 4 star hotel. Nice breakfast buffet offered on the 3rd floor.

I accidentally left my favorite pants after 3 days stay in this hotel. Two days later I just realized it, so I called up their front desk asking about my missing pants. They said they have it, and they will arrange a delivery via postal service. When the package arrived at my home, my pants was cleaned, the items in its pockets such as, an iPod and its earphone and a hand sanitizer was still inside where I left them in the first place. Two thumbs up to the most helpful lady at the front desk in this hotel. And two thumbs up to the cleaning team who found my pants.

The staff are friendly. This hotel has ballroom that good for meeting. The food was good. The place is clean, has a good swimming pool, that can be a place for you to celebrate your party.

"Perfect Experienced" for my family, we have excellenced experienced with swimming pool, Gym and balance breakfast with low carb option.

One of newest hotel at Tasikmalaya, the place was good with sundanesee atmosphere. Very hommie and luxury. I was enjoying when I'm here. Because I just attended event at the ballroom. But the place was nice
