Swiss-Belhotel Tarakan

Firstly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with smiles and warmth, and this level of hospitality continued throughout my stay. It was evident that the hotel staff genuinely cared about my experience and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and happy.

The hotel itself was also fantastic. My room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the views from my window were breathtaking. I also appreciated the small touches, such as the complimentary water bottles and the fresh fruit that was delivered to my room each day.

The hotel's location was another highlight for me. It was conveniently located close to all the major tourist attractions, but also in a quieter part of town, so I could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's restaurant was also excellent - I had some of the best meals of my trip there.

We have stayed here many times, and always found the staff to be of the highest professionalism and the service is first class. The restaurant meals are superb and staff are always willing to accommodate any need you have. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and have made Swiss-Bel Tarakan our "home away from home".

Have stayed here 2 months ago for 11 days, great experience and A+ service, secure, very clean and great food also friendly staff, love having breakfast by the pool, centre of the city.

Held a 3-weeks program from mid-February, used almost all facilities from room to meeting packages, this hotel was practically a home for almost a month. Splendid service, superbly friendly - yet professional staffs, literally the best in town, but food (especially snacks for coffee break) and room can be better. Thank you Swiss-belhotel Tarakan for such a great experience.

NICE EXPERIENCE being here. This hotel give a vintage experience the furniture dominantly made from "jati hitam". Every floor especially have handsanitizer. The food is very delicious. Especially the omelet, soto banjar, soto betawi, sop bandung, and etc. There is a pool, but i never used it. And a minimum gym tools. The staf perfectly service us with good and hospitality. This my first stay here. And I got great great experiences during my stay. I fortunately got a spacious room I ever stay ( LOL ). Your room was clean and well prepared. Your shower, was outstanding. The air conditioner also worked so well. Perfect!

This hotel is located in central of Tarakan Island. It only takes around 10-15 minutes away from Tarakan Airport. There are many restaurants and convenient stores nearby this place. I tried junior suite room, it has very large room (around 45m2), with bath tub in the bath room. Free fruits as complimentary are provided in the room. It has large table for working places, large bed, many tv stations. You can take breakfast in pool side. It has not many variety of food during breakfast, but doesnt really matter. Recommended place for staying.

I stayed almost 2 month here, all the staff were very friendly. Room always cleaned everyday, lots of food choice in swiss cafe.
Place also very strategic.
I was very comfortable here.

This is actually a great place to stay. The locals are also friendly.

Went on holiday with my family and choose this place to stay for a night before going on trip to Derawan Island. Located not too far from the airport. Has breakfast buffet with many choices of food and beverage. The food was delicious tho. Friendly and helpful staff. Hospitality at its best. Best place to stay in Tarakan!

Hotel terbaik di Tarakan but need improve on room lighting are too dark maybe you can combine with white bright one, thanks..
