The best sundanese resto in sukabumi, dont judge by its place... the taste will tell u how good being sundanesse.

As far as i know, they change alot, the place more arrangewell.

The second times, i planned to make a good review and photo. By the time, i just forgot. Get excited, to eat and taste it. The sambal, is DABEST.

The price is cheap, if u wanna compare with other resto.. (compare with the oldiest sundanese resto, and the famous one... i bet u know it).

Right in the central city of sukabumi, sometimes its hard to get parking. But do not worry, if u willing to take a walk .. u can park little bit far. The street have a lot of man, offering u a parking place.

Like i always said, about best food.. its A MUST GO destination..

Amazing Sundanese cuisine. All varieties of deep fried goodness with loads of extra crispy stuff. You can pick whatever protein or vegetables you want to fry. Everything has to be eaten with their homemade sambal. Jengkol beans are also amazing and super tender.

I've been craving for Sundanese food for the past months and Alam Sunda really gave what I needed. We ordered fried free-range chicken, fried salted squid, fried tempe, fried gurame, cah kangkung, and for the drink we had orange juice and iced tea. The lalapan (raw vegetables) was so fresh and we could eat it as much as we wanted. The star of it all was the SAMBAL MERAH. It was sooo hot and spicy but sooo good in the same time. The price was also very good. We would go back for sure whenever we travel to Puncak/Sukabumi areas.

This is an amazing place. The food was so delicious & not expensive.
Probably one of the best places I've eaten at in Sukabumi, I gave it a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating both for taste & value.
Definitely worth checking it out.

Yo I really like this place. The restaurant may look crowded but when you enter it you may feel the warmth of the sundanese restaurant.
The menus is awesome, it taste great. I recommend you to taste sambal dower, the best sambal available in the restaurant. It's spicy and spicy(rich of spices).
The kriuk kriuk thing which always be offered by the restaurant if you buy some fried menu is great, greater when you ate them with warm rice and spicy sambal dower.
You may choose what kind of chicken do you like and everything is delicious.
This is a great place to eat, guys. I really recommend it to you. If you don't like the crowd you may take it home but the taste will be the same, both are great

Quite ok. The sambal was quite hot!.

The restaurant served fried chicken mainly. The special thing of this restaurant is the mixed hot peppers with some ingredients that they called sambal. It's very hot of course. So, be ready with your drink before you try it or you got your mouth burn. Local people here used to get sambal accompany with fresh vegetables. That's cultural habit of the West Java ethnic you could not find in any other place in Indonesia.

They have 2 kinds of sambal.
Garlic red sambal and Onion green sambal. You should try both. It's delicious with fried petai.

What can I say...... the unlimited supply of sambal ijo .....is already enuf to make me come back here and go against my no rice diet !! Must eat !!
