One of the best mountains around West Java. The trekking path is medium to hard definitely worth the view although when we got there it was a bit cloudy. Make sure to bring enough foods and waters since there is no stalls along the pathway to the top

Highest mountain in west java, Indonesia. Offering you a great view and adventure. 6-8 hours driving from Jakarta, Indonesia. They have local guide there, you may need 2 days 1 night to do the trip. The view from the top unbeliveable...clouds surrounded and you can see some part of west java, lake.

My first hiking was held here, you will get an amazing experiences and beatiful views from top. You can see gulf of cirebon, cirebon region, majalengka, and kuningan from one place all together. You will also can observe the top of slamet mountain beyond the sea of cloud. Instead of it you have to be prepared for your water supplies, because lack of water resources here. Well enjoy your trip.

I was on top of this mountain back in 1992. It was my first experience hiking. It was tought and dangerous. Luckly we're guided by experience hikers. Memorable time.

The first mountain that I tried with my friend (an expert) and fortunately we succeed reaching the top. But this mountain isn't recommended for beginner. Too dangerous. Only for the expert.
