Waroeng War - Go Pak Sony

It's a beautiful and natural lake. The view is amazing. You can find many durian sellers with a cheap and affordable price.
Luckily, there was not crowded enough at the time I went there.
But, the road is too small for 2 cars. It's difficult to pass because of the road is quite stoney. I hope, government pay more attention on this place. I believe that it will be a good income for both government and local people there.
Lastly, you can enjoy speedboats with affordable price (around 60k-100K) for 4 people.

I give 5 for the beautiness of the place, it's calm and relaxing. Bring jacket, it's cold. You can spend your day relaxing, eating roasted fish with low price and good taste, you can also try the boat in the lake. If it's not enough you could try why I did, walking around the lake (it took me 3 hours with moderate pace and sometimes stop to take photos and drink from the water source)

one of the best tourist destinations in Ponorogo. The environment is still beautiful and well maintained. Food prices are quite affordable if you know the place.

Just because, the time is end of dry seasons, so there are many place isnt comfortable for enjoying beauty lakes. But, if u really want to go, i recomend to u, u should take a good place for while ..just buy one glass of coffe and sit down on coffe stall in around, enjoying the place, take an snapshoot, feel an positive atmosphere around there..and dont forget, like this!!

It's a beautiful, calm, cool (as in chilly) place away from the busy city life. Surrounded by mountain and jungles, elevated up in the sky.
Even in the dry season there is rain which contributes to the cool humid weather and green views.

Lots of restaurants with fresh fish for a good price, sitting just by the lake and eating.
Many of places to stay for a decent amount of money.
Alfa, indo and small stores are available around the lake.
A musholla for those in need of that.

If you're going there with car the road to the lake can be a little bit tricky but with a bike it's not a problem really, with a trail or offroad bike you'll have tons of fun just getting there on the mountain roads.

I didn't see any atm though so it could be wise to take some money out in the nearby city before entering the lake.
Although there might be an atm somewhere that I didn't see.

Thats amazing lake with an original nature.
But if you wanna search some traditional food or handmade ,you cant fine it here.
But i love this place.
Recommeded for family and historical education.

The food around the lake were fine. Not really pricey considering the place is for tourism. The view is really nice tho.

A wonderful and natural lake. Such a bite of paradise land. Located at 740 M above the sea, it's always nice weather here. Nice to visit Ngebel!

a comfortable place for refreshing, gathering with family. Cheap ticket prices and lots of places to eat here. Really fun. Good weather and delicious durian here make you want to stay longer here.

another lake tourism area near madiun-ponorogo other than sarangan. easy to reach from ponorogo with nice road. many parking area with many food stalls which served you traditional food. in you considering to stay, many hotel with various price.
to surround the lake, you can use speedboat or duck boat.
best looking of this place is on sunset with beautiful scenery

Oh Good, i'am so blessed and wonderful born and live in java island, because all heaven is in here. Telaga ngebel is so nice, the street food so yummy, coconut and fries food are delicious with lovely weather and lake, love this place so much
