Great spot for divers and snorkelers. You can live abroad on a dive ship or on land in many beach villas, overwater villas or home stays, depending on your budget and interests. Incredible spot with many islands and villages with incredibly hospitable and beautiful people.

Raja Ampat is a long journey. It’s a trip start morning from Jakarta with planes, car, big boat, and small boat; arrive hotel 10pm sleep n next morning many adventures await! Diving, snorkeling, tracking, to rocky beach, ancient cave, love lake, jellyfish lake, local villages n warm heater people, grill and cook local dishes (papeda) was delicious! Definitely once in a lifetime must go on your bucket list. Worth it❤🙏

The Raja Ampat Islands are a series of four adjacent islands and are located west of the Bird's Head (Vogelkoop) island of Papua. Administratively, this group is under the Raja Ampat Regency, West Papua Province. The islands are now a destination for divers who are interested in the beauty of the underwater scenery. The four groups of islands that are members are named according to the four largest islands, namely Waigeo Island, Misool Island, Salawati Island, and Batanta Island.

I give this place a five star because of the incredible beauty, friendly people and super affordable accommodations. My bungalow was clean at Kri and the food was nice. all for $30 bucks a day.

The views here are downright prehistoric: jagged lava peaks clad in green jungle; palms sprouting out of sheer cliff walls; mist drifting in and out of deep canyons. The biodiverse islands are easily one of the most physically ravishing destinations on the planet.

Raja Ampat is the best more beautiful than Maldives, so i like having a vacation in there. It's perfect for honeymoon. Me and my husband having so much fun in that place. It keeps so many memories. I love Raja Ampat. 💜
