Excellent hotel, the value of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is located at the main road, so access is very easy from the main road. The rooms are clean, well-lit, and quite comfortable. The beds and the pillows are clean. The bathroom have showers with hot water and cold water. The rooms are pretty spacious, and they have porches where you can sit outside and enjoy some fresh air.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is very quick. The housekeeping staff is doing a very good job in cleaning the rooms.

The hotel didn’t have a swimming pool. The hotel isn’t located directly at the edge of the lake, but it’s located very close to the lake. Breakfast is too local, they need to add more Western breakfast as the local food can be too spicy.

Parking is excellent and spacious. The hotel isn’t wheelchair friendly as there are some steps you need to take to get to your room.

The rooms are clean and spacious. 2 times stayed here. This hotel has the best location to see the great Lake Toba.

1st time I had the lake and ricefields view on my balcony and it was magical. 2nd time the balcony view is down to the main street.

They also have bookstores, cafetaria and "mini harbour" for everyone to see and play around the lake. They provide a boat trip to the nearest island I guess, havent tried it but def will try it someday

Great location near the city centre. Nice room, nice view from the balcony and good breakfast. No lift, but they provide a ramp for easier walking if you're bringing luggage.

We didn't stay here
Was a pick up point for our pondok Berata Dapdap hotel

When we arrive my Indonsate network didn't work but they were kind enough to let me use their wifi . That is worth 5 star

Place is very clean and people are so nice
