Purwokerto Station

Purwokerto Station has improved so much for the last 3 years. The new buildings is still on progress, so does its overpass. I'll miss this station (and the city, of course) so much.

Best station in purwokerto. You will never find better than this. Wakaka. But actually the services are good, the hospitality of station crews are good. Facilities are good (waiting chair in peron, toilet, mushala, convenience store). Everything is good.

The station is so big. They have AC waiting room and charger area. The toilet super clean so don't worry 😉. All of officers very kind and helpful but the minus is the place for antigen is so far though. Im tired lmao but despite of that, the services of this station is amazing. Keep it up 👍🏻

Nice and a memorable station. The station is quite large, the facilities are quite complete. Access is easy, because many kinds of transportation available such as taxis, motorcycles. In addition, many inns/ losmen around the station. Unfortunately, for tourists who only want to transit at this station, until now the station has not provided luggage storage services

They have spacious waiting area. Spacious parking area. Good service. Clean environment and clean restroom. They also have many boarding check machine. They have many convenience store, restaurant, cafe, executive lounge, ATM gallery, good customer service, good ticketing service. Overall is outstanding.

Almost the same with another train station in Indonesia. This station built since 18 centuries, and managed-operated by PT Kereta Api (Persero) which is one of the State-Owned Enterprise in Indonesia. There is good ambience here, and I think this is one of the most important train station in Middle Java. As a recommendation, there must be a significant change for their toilet at main hall (public). Its position is quite far from main hall and there is no proper access, especially for people with disabilities.

Purwokerto station is a very busy station. all trains from south Java always pass through in this station. you can sleep overnight at this station to wait for the next train. you can rest at the prayer room and platform seats available on each station platform. here also provides several cafes that are open 24 hours

Big train station in Purwokerto, its comfortable and pretty much cool. Makes you sleepy while waiting for your train to come.

The station is small but comfortable and clean. There are very neat arrangements inside and outside the station, the attendants are very helpful and polite. Prayer room available.

This is one of the best railway station in Java. The surrounding is clean, the employees are friendly, there are many chairs, and the interior design is beautiful. Moreover there are many complementary facilities offered like convenience store, atm, cafe, toilet, etc. I think Purwokerto railway station is better than most railway station.

The cleaners are hardworkers. They do the cleaning very frequently. Their eyes are very sensitive. Whenever the floor has uncomfortable surface to see, they clean up right away.

The security staffs have the same attitude as the cleaners; friendly, helpful and staying alert.

Took economy class's train to Jakarta during Idul Fitri 2022, it's convenient for 5hrs travel 👍

Wish I could travel a lot as before the pandemic.. *fingers crossed🤞

Purwokerto Station is the main station of Purwokerto, Central Java. This was built in 1917-1918 by the Staatsspoorwegen (SS) railway company, where most south line trains stop at this station.

I visited this station on my journey to Jogja (Yogyakarta) when my train make a stop for about 30 minutes.

One of the big railway station in Central Java, especially in Southern Lane. You may find culinary food inside the station if you bored with meals in the train.

No need to worry, this station provide complete facilities i.e cafe, supermarket, parking area, pcr test, ATM etc

The best public service in Purwokerto where we would find the clean and comfortable public area. Clean toilet, clean area, very good services, the charging area for our phone, mini market, ATM corner, food court, serving us with the Keroncong music that combine cultural and modern public service. You gonna miss this place.

26 years a go I went to this place. Now, after long journey I visited again.. so happy and yet feel so blessed..

Nice station. And make sure you wander off this City. There are so many good spots to visit here. Last but not least, people here are so nice.
