ASTON Sentul Lake Resort & Conference Center

Our visit to Aston Sent Lake Resort on December 25, 2022, was truly unforgettable. Welcomed by dazzling LED decorations and the grandeur of the hotel set amidst rolling hills, the resort instantly impressed us. The lobby, offering breathtaking views, was splendidly adorned, reflecting the festive season's beauty, which we appreciated for its aesthetic appeal.

Accommodations & Dining: The spacious rooms with private balconies offered stunning vistas. Notably, my parents' ground-floor room opened to a garden leading to a picturesque lake, enhancing our serene experience. The buffet's array of Indonesian dishes was a culinary highlight, and the hot chocolate from the lobby café was a comforting delight amidst the wet weather.

Facilities & Experience: The resort's kid-friendly pool and the meticulous landscaping added to our peaceful retreat. Though on the pricier side, the exceptional service, beautiful setting, and the overall quality of our stay made it entirely worthwhile.

Our time at Aston Sent Lake Resort was marked by serene beauty, culinary excellence, and luxurious comfort, making our holiday season visit memorable for all the right reasons.

I stayed here for 3 nights, booked double bed room and then king size / cliff room. The views from cliff room is great as it faces the lake and has a balcony with terrace and seatings. The restaurant menus are great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've had food menu variants from Indonesian, Arabian, Japanese, and Western food, cakes and pastries, and ice cream as well. The gym could be bigger, the existing is too small. The hotel provides sufficient place for Friday prayer and daily prayers. Recommended.

I had an exceptional experience at Aston Hotel Sentul. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat, although there's a little bit problem with access card. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and attentive staff. The hotel's location is ideal, providing convenient access to various locations. A definite 5-star stay!

We spent a week here both for vacation and business trips. We were very happy with the room service, cleanliness, friendly staff, the facilities, the view, and THE FOOD.
We ordered room service once or twice and the food always came in generous portions. It was a nice surprise since the price was not that expensive.
The buffet at the restaurant was delicious, and there were so many options to choose from.

I was asked to give credit to the staff named FAZA. I was already agreeing earlier at the front office while checking out, but then she came over to our table when we were having lunch at the restaurant and she asked again (and insisted) me to write a Google Review immediately. I was having lunch with my partner and my daughter. It was less pleasant to me.

But overall it was a really really nice experience and maybe next time we'd like to book a room by the pool. Great job, Aston!

Having stay here for the first time, I am very pleased with the hotel stay. The room is very clean & beautifully decorated. We got a complementary fruits and treats. The view is beautiful and the area is calm. 👍🏻

Came and stayed in this hotel years ago with my family but recently came for meetings.

One of the best Aston hotels I’ve visited so far, with stellar location with wonderful view of Sentul and the surrounding plush green as well as the lake.

The room is big and comfortable, with complete amenities. The pool is fun.. with choices of kids and adult pools overlooking the lake.

The meeting room is clean and good, with complete audio visual facilities and great refreshments. I manage to try Mantau, chicken gyoza, putu Ayu and chocolate eclairs. Yummy!

The hotel is disability friendly, with ramps in connecting alleys and entrances.

the service, room, and ambience were great. the food for breakfast was nice, they have variation of foods to pick. Unfortunately, I have some problem with the room service food that I ordered, but they solved it quick enough to replace it and turns out good.

This hotel maybe more suitable for company event or family vacation.

so far I have pleasant stay, and shout out to the receptionist mba Dahlia who gave us a nice service!

The hotel is luxury and very kid friendly, kids can do many activities here feeding animal, fishing, playing basketball, swimming, complete playground, and billiard for adult. Variaty of food and good taste. The room is clean and have good view with pool and also the bathroom is clean. Large parking. Good services. This hotel will be our preference next time. Thanks

The place is great. The food they served was really good. It such an excellent experience having stayed at this hotel. The service they offer was top notch. The receptionist, Miss Delia is also very kind and helpful. Thank you!

good service overall, Ayu as a staff required us abt the service compliment. the lunch menu all good and complete. big five star!

I stayed at the suite room attending business meeting. The room is very spacious. One dissatisfaction is I asked for an iron but they didn’t give me the iron board, that should be a SOP, weird.
Good customer service from Faza who came to engage us during lunchtime asking how we’re doing.
Food overall is good, wide variety is of the menu. At least I know lunch buffet menu today is different than yesterday’s.
Suggestion to up the quality of grilled meat i.e. good prime cuts (sirloin, ribs, etc) rather cheap cuts.

Room was comfy, especially the fluffy double pillow. Various breakfast which 1 night stay wouldn’t enough to experience all. Ms. Delia also gave us warm greeting in table. Keep up the good work :)

sorry i have to update the review since I really upset to ask the FO to email my reservation team to update my booking. I have to go to receptionist three times and ask through WA several times while I still need to attend and focus on my meeting.

However, the food was good and I enjoy it…

A very pleasant stay so far at this hotel. Room was great, food was amazing and location is really good. Would recommend to stay here. Also would like to mention Faza from Guest Relations who has been excellent at assisting us with the hotel matters.

Room is clean but old-fashion, despite of their services are very good. Only thing is that the hotel insisted me to make advance payment for two-days full meeting package.. Unbelievable!! I should re-consider to have another meeting in this hotel

Beautiful view. The villas is nice and comfy, you can spent the quality time with family here. There are the kids activity also, on weekend.
