I tried to buy a used car from this guy. The car was on his lot, but not yet registered. We agreed a price. He demanded full immediate up-front payment, and said the car would be ready in 7-10 days. I bought several cars in Hungary, where I am a Permanent Resident. Nobody in Hungary pays 100% up front for a car they cannot take straight away. Maybe this guy thought he could take advantage of me because I was not Hungarian. He also has other businesses in Tiszafüred, but I would not trust him for anything.
