Fonyód's main pier with beautiful scenery. Great for walks all year around, ships depart from here to the northern towns. Bars and restaurants and a great family beach within 100 meters.

A móló 1897-ban épült, amelyet tervezője, Scholcz Gyula műszaki főtanácsos igen helyes esztétikai szépérzékkel a Gulács-hegy merőleges középvonalának irányított.

Ezt a kövekből felhányt mólót 1906-ban átépítették, majd hullámtörő létesítésével a mai korszerű kikötőt alakították ki.

A mólónál áll Kiss István alkotása, a Páros akt, illetve a parkban Lányi Antal, a Balaton első átrepülőjének tiszteletére állított emlékoszlop.
