Windy this days but quiet. Relax your mind in the heart of this huge lake.
Hungarian people are very friendly.

Lovely strand area with lots of sunbathing space, places to eat to cater for all tastes. A marina to take sunset strolls along with people fishing trying to get their catch of the day. Great for families, fitness fanatics and the sun worshippers.

Nice view, great instruments and good restaurants on the beach. Balatonfenyves's iconic place to visit, you will enjoy it all along the year.

Awesome if you like shallow beaches and warm water. There's sand in the lake, but the beach itself is mostly grass. You enter the lake through frequently installed stairways and can then walk out hundreds of meters before having to swim. It's deep enough to swim if you want after just a few meters. Plenty of cheap food and drinks available on the beach and nearby. Not very trendy at all, rather laid back. Water looks muddy but really isn't, it's very very fine sand that gets stirred up and you feel cleaner when you get out than swimming in salt water.

Lots of restaurants around the lake to choose from with varied menus. parks for children ... The lake is safe, doesn't go very deep until very far out.

Nice place. Free wifi, free toilett. Water quality of the Lake Balaton is excellent. Water level is low, about 50 cm, so perfect for family with childrens.
