Berekfürdői Gyógy- és Strandfürdő

One of the best thermal spas in Hungary, a really peaceful place with plenty of pool having all kinds of temperature. Also recommended for families with small kids.

The place looks amazing. The area of it is very big walking from the entrance to the other side took me a long time. there are many pools, a 2.4meters deep swimming pool, 2 or 3 (i cant remember) thermal pools and a quite big pool for kids and adults to have fun in. That last one has a slide, a little cave and an area where waterjets push you in a circle and thats quite fast and strong. There are many many places to eat at. But... the place i chose was not great. We had to wait quite a long time for our food and it was not good at all.

Very nice thermal spa. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of pools. In winter time, the choice of refreshments is not good, with just one small and expensive buffet or a walk outside to the Park Etterem. The sauna is expensive and disappointing. Car parking is free. The lockers are secure and are a good size. Lots of nice mature trees in the grounds. The inside pool hall can get noisy and crowded sometimes, especially in winter when the kids are not at school.

Very nice place, lots of space, different temperatures in the medical baths. A kind staff, very good medicinal mineral water.

There are many pools varrying in sizes and depth and theme. There is one for very small children, one for youngsters (with slides). A couple of pools with thermal(warm) water. At least one with clean, deep water for swimmers(with a small waterfall). You can find plenty of toilets, changing-rooms around. They offer a field to play beach soccer or beach ball in the shade.
Beware: the "hekk" (a kind of fish-meal) is huge. 2-3 people can eat 1 of those.
Overall: it is a very nice place for the whole family to enjoy the hot summer.

It's been refurbished recently and we had a wonderful experience. There's pools with hot spring water for those who want to relax and recover. There's large pool for swimming for the energetic. There's a lovely area for the children with shade - one for younger children and one amazing pool facility for the older ones. Really clean and wonderful facility. There's even a dry playground, too.

It is a large and modern water park and thermal spa. Enjoy the medicinal thermal pools. Great for the kids. Has a large water slide which I love.

Love this place. Relaxed set of thermal pools. New children pool and water slides. Good choice of mini restaurants. Great. A long way to get here, but for off-grid chilled out week relaxing by pools, great.

It has many pools. It has thermal water, covered pool, restaurants, dress cabins, chute.
