Kind and polite service. There are large indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty of tables. It is not a cheap restaurant, but you can taste very delicious Hungarian flavors in return. Restrooms are clean and nice.

Amazing food, amazing portions and amazing service thank you. Would recommend for anyone wanting a good taste of some Hungarian dishes.

4.6* Kind and attentive service of large, delicious portions of food. It exceeded my expectations.
But it would hugely improve on the atmosphere if it was not the Hungarian Radio playing its varying quality music, news and countless advertisements.

This is real authentic hungarian cuisine. Portions are way too big, so consider sharing them.
Be prepared for getting strange combinations such as pasta with cheese aside to a fish stew.
Beef covered in fried onion is excellent choise. I am sorry i took so bad photo but it was hit at the table.

Super impressed with this csárda! We just had lunch here on our way home to Croatia. The staff is super nice and food truly delicious. Portions are pretty generous, so if you're craving for some authentic Hungarian food, this is a right place for you.

Very friendly atmosphere with traditional Hungarian cuisine. The waiters were really helpful, the food was prepared and served fast.

If we travel around Zamárdi we always visit this place. Very nice and attentive staff, delicious food and great experience.

Nice and honest place close to the Balaton. The menu contains the basic Hungarian soups and mainly breaded meat (poultry, pork, beef). They also serve traditional wooden platters with mixed meat and sides. Price wise it is around the average in the area. The service is good the stuff are nice too. Please note that this review happened during off season.

The food is very good, a good number of staff, very plesent and professional. The restaurant is cozy. It seems it's very popular, because it was mid week lunch time very busy.

Group of 16 people, unannounced. Got served really fast, very nice staff, really eager to help you choose the right meal. Food quality great, nice portions and reasonable, affordable prices. Warm atmosphere, it has been a pleasure.

Fantastic and consistent! All we need in one place, around the Balaton! The staff is always kind, the food is consistently good, well-made, fresh and bigger portions than anticipated. 100% recommend!
