It is definitely one of the best restaurants in Hungary! The service was beyond my expectations. The waiters are truly amazing. The portions were big, and the dishes were super tasty. If I could, I would give 10 stars! :)

My only suggestion would be to work with some of your younger waiter staff - some of them are very kind and professional but Some of the waiters seem offended if you tell them you do not know 20seconds after you sat down with your family that what do you want to drink... then they are back 10 seconds later then roll their eyes if you still don't know...

I know this is unique to Hungarian restaurants that you have to select what you drink before you know what you'll eat.. hopefully we'll catch up with other countries where this is not pushed so hard on you..

Very good restaurant! The portion huge. The food delicious! I ate a soup and a steak medium rare. They know how to make a good steak! Actually I would give five star plus for the food! I am sure I will come back soon. 😊 You should try it!

We always love to be here. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very polite. Best place with children, our 1 year old son always enjoy the children corner. Our wedding dinner was here also. 😉

Extraordinary. Good food, kind people. And they knows roumanian language. Even menu's in Romanian. 5 stars!

We have had an excellent lunch at Fekete Gólya. The menu was: Small portion of Hungarian fish soup with carp and catfish for her, idem in large bowl only with catfish for him. Branzino for her, breaded pork marrow for him. Chocolate soufflé shared. Champagne "Hungaria Extra Dry". All the meals were delicious. The service was excellent. The restaurant is in a rural setting, very nice, spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Fekete Gólya was a true pleasure to visit. When arriving to the restaurant, there is a possibility to visit the small mini animal garden, which, if its sunny, you should definitely do. Inside the restaurant is cozy and the staff very friendly. Staff does speak English and a German/English menu is available. The food is very reasonably priced for the amount you get. The plates are large, maybe too large. But what you cannot finish, you can take home in a container.

I have visited this restaurant several times in the last 8 months and it was always an excellent experience. They may well be the best restaurant here near Szentkiraly, Hungary.

The service is always of superior quality and the waiters are always friendly and will bend over backwards to make the visitors feel welcome.

Unexpected gem close to the highway around Kecskemét. Excellent service, they had menu in English and German too. Amazing food, traditional Hungarian cuisine, I strongly recommend this restaurant!

This is one of the best restaurants in the country. The staff is kind and professional. The babgulyás was wonderful, as if a grandma cooked it. All the food was delicious. The playground and garden is very beautiful. Thank you.

Tasty food, high quality. Pricing is in mid range (in Hungary), but great value for money. Friendly and caring staff (everyone greeted us on the way to our table).

We picked a very busy day, but totally worth it!!! Amazing food and excellent service! Highly recommended restaurant as there is plenty of space for kids and family.....they even have a donkey in the garden :)
