Hotel Palatinus

Really wonderful hotel in city centre. Very charming rooms and excellent breakfast. This was our second stay and definitely not the last one.

Superb location. Close to many of the must see tourist attractions. A charming little hotel with comfy rooms that have everything a tourist would appreciate. I loved the small gestures: having 2 nice bottled water, a coffee mashine along with coffe and tea pods and the little confectionary by the bed with a note wishing a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend Palatinus hotel to everybody.

The rooms and amenities are excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices and servings are out of this world. This is a five star establishment.

Every autum we go to Sopron for a 4-5-day holiday in connection with the use of the services that the city of Sopron offers and we like to use them.
This year was our first time, when we used the services of Hotel Palatinus and we were very satisfied with the services provided. The hotel provides very good service and we liked the fact that the hotel is located in the city center - it was easy after a day trips to have a good dinner or coffee. From this point of view, we did not mind the narrower entrance to the parking yard.
The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is, to think about where the guests could place their bicycles, because the surroundings of Sopron attracts for cycling trips and turists like us will surely increase. There will also be an increase of the number of cyclists riding electric bikes - it would be a good idea to establish an possibility for guests to charge their bikes.

I was quite satisfied with the service, the receptionists were friendly . Nice, comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathroom. I also booked breakfast, it was delicious.
I would recommend it as an accommodation.

A belváros közepén szuper jó helyen van a szálloda. A parkolója nagyon kicsi, és a kapu is szűk. Szerencsére mi kaptunk helyet, de előre kell jelezni az igényt. A Templom utcai sorompónál van külön csengő a hotelhez, így a parkoló foglalás miatt be tudtunk hajtani a belváros lezárt részébe is. A reggeli bőséges és finom. Rántotta, bundáskenyér, virsli, felvágottak, sajtok, műzlik, joghurtok. A szoba tiszta, rendes. A recepciós segítőkész.

Nagyon kedvesek voltak a recepciónál a hölgyek! A szoba tiszta volt és szép volt! A reggeli is kiváló és finom volt! Az elhelyezkedés is tökéletes! Teljes mértékben elégedettek voltunk! Nagyon tetszett, hogy volt zsákbamacska, és ajándék bonbonok, víz a szobában! Még egyik szállodában sem tapasztaltunk ilyen kedveskedéseket, amiket mi nagyon kedves gesztusnak vettünk! Köszönjük!
