We ate lunch here this August and were very satisfied with the overall quality, portion-size and price of the food.

Food: The menu offers a variety of fried, baked & grilled dishes of pork, chicken, beef, duck, goose, fish as well as vegetables. There's also a one-page seasonal menu, which dishes cannot be altered. However, extras like changing a side dish are usually possible with everything included in the normal menu.

Surrounding: There's a big free parking lot in front of the restaurant. The restaurant itself consists of areas to sit inside, a winter garden and terrace for sunny days as well. Due to the various flowers the sight is very romantic and pretty, yet it is a bit noisy due to the traffic right next to it.

Extras: There's a salad "buffet", but one has to pay for each single bowl of salad - so no free refills.
The bill is to be paid at the entrance / exit directly before leaving the restaurant.
The kitchen closes quite early in the evening compared to other hungarian restaurants.

Recommendations: Definitely worth a visit for a nice lunch / early dinner - also for families with kids.

The 1st or the last restaurant before or after the austrian border ( depending which way you go ) not too expensive . Nice meals and good portions . Open 7/7 from 8am to 8pm .

Always a perfect choice on the way back from Austria

Most of the time when coming back from Austria we stop here for lunch and we never went wrong with it...
Quality and variety (may I say creativity) of the food is exceptional.
Coming back from the Austrian cuisine it is always staggering how much finer the Hungarian dining can be at a much lower price, although I am sure I will not be very popular with this opinion. :)
Service is nothing special but nice as expected, portions are quite big (a big plus to my liking).
I really recommend this place as a stop to or from Austria, or just for a good meal!

Nice and clean Restaurant, Smoking Areals available for the people who need it. Very good hungarian meals that are nice sized at a good price for tourist Visited places.

We stoped for a Coffee and sweet. It was very convenient and tasty. You pay on the cashier when you leave the restaurant, i liked it! Service was good.

Our regular stop on the way to Sopron, Bük, Balaton... Food is great and huge. You pay your bill at cash register by the entrance on the way out (not sure if norm in Hungary, surprised us during the first visit).
