This is a quite little island, a lovely piece of nature. Probably the best place if you want to relax after the crowd in Balaton and just walk around in the nature and have a bit if fresh air. Feel the vibe of the area, feel the nature with very special birds in spring. Very interesting animals could also be found on the island, it is an amazing little paradise, not overcrowded!

This is a beautiful place to visit in any season. You can walk across the island and if you are lucky and patient enough you can observe a high variety of bird species and other animals. You can go also fishing. There is a lookout tower on the island from where the view is extraordinary. If you go by car you can leave it at the entrance but you have to pay a parking fee. One hour is 200 HUF two hour is 400 HUF and for 1000 HUF you can stay for a hole day.

Wow, really amazing! Best place to get a good picture of Kis-Balaton (Lake "Small Balaton"). You can learn about local birds and if you have time and patience, you can even spot here a lot of different species.

Parking 400 HUF per hour. Toilet available. Lots of space to rest. I recommend trying the cheese you bought at the entrance to the bridge.

Beautiful, peaceful place to walk any time of the year. I love the weeping willows hanging out over the lake shore. Birdwatching, especially at sunrise and sunset.
