Nice café with a great view over Balaton. The coffee tastes great and fresh, there are also a lot pastries to choose from; both sweet and salty ones. It’s not cheap, but what do you expect nowadays, especially around Balaton…

Very good place to stay and relax. We too a coffee and one limetti, the price for the coffee was ok but the limetti little bit expensive the waitress are very nice.
The bathroom 🚻 was really comfortable

Such a unique place, it called me back so often. I needed to have one more look of the stunning, peaceful view, one more breath of the clean air, and one more sip of the hot chocolate. Thank you, The Rusty Coffee Box to give such a sweet memories during my winter in Hungary!

We stopped here to have a breakfast. You get here a gorgeous view of lake Balaton with fresh orange juice, croissant, good Chai latte. Nice, friendly polite service. Dog and bicycle friendly place.

The best coffee around Balaton with an amazing view on the lake. I would prefer to not have the beeping device to grap your coffee but that’s OK.

After a chill-day a friend let us know that there is a really nice coffe-shop just at the edge of the lake Balaton. How it happened, we ended up at Rusty on that way back from the Balaton on that very day.
The place's location is gorgeous. At our visit it was a perfect autumn weather, with sunshine, lazy ships on the water, ever-colorful trees. All of this was yours when laying back at the container of Rusty. What a chill! The coffee has the quality as any good places in Budapest for example, not to mention the cheese-cake. All of this served with professional and extremely kind manner. If you want to have a look from East to West on the Balaton while having the coffee of your life, stop at Rusty!:)

Nice place to look over the lake and enjoy a pastry or a cookie. The coffee is a bit too acidic for my taste, but they clearly put effort into selecting it. Taste is not something that should be part of a review, so five stars nonetheless.

Must go! Such a lovely hidden gem with amazing view offering excellent coffee and friendly service. Will be back for sure, can’t imagine a better way to start my mornings at Lake Balaton.

Delightful little cafe overlooking Lake Balafon. Found it by chance and loved the location and the cafe itself. Really very nice spot.

One of the most beautiful vista from the terrace. Modern design, the coffee is perfect as it can be used in other venues in Bp of the owners. Good selection of craft beers. Service a bit neutral but still good.
Lot of family, but at the Lake Balaton it is quiet normal.

Great place to have a coffee and a cake while admiring the scenic view of Balaton. Friendly, English speaking staff, dogs are welcome. (very clean bathroom). We will efinitely return.

One of the best coffee (cappuccino) to my taste (mild, creamy, thick crema).
Also great cookies/cakes, good service.
And the view is just superb!
