Saliris Resort - Spa Conference Hotel

Can't speak of hotel itself - I came only for spa. Thermal spa is available for public, not just hotel guests. There are many pools with different attractions and different water temperatures. On Saturday the place was quite full even in October. But, warm and sunny October nevertheless. There is a children section with slide, jacuzzi, massage showers. For spa I'm giving 5 stars. You can easily stay here for half of day, not a single boring moment

Message is higher price than normal.
Sauna is good and the thermal path is wide and you have many varieties, you can choose from many option open area or indoor.

Way better experience than other spas in Budapest

We visited the SPA with the family. Everything was clean and in working order. The onboard ala-carte restaurant is great at affordable prices. I recommend to everyone.

I only went to the restaurant and pool, but that little visit impressed me. The pool is large and is suitable for children. The pool is special as it has mineral water from the mountain. It also has a nice touch of steam and there is even an outdoor area to swim in! The restaurant had many scrumptious foods next to a breathtaking view. It looks very elegant and tidy. 10/10 would recommend!

One of the best place in Hungary, the turquoise thermal water is awesome and the sauna programs are very reconfortant! The view from the pools is breathtaking!

Great place. The only negative experience is the parking. Limited spaces and everything mud covered. Until we walked in to the building our shoes was super dirty. Some hard surface walk path really needed here between the building and the car park for the future investments. The pools are large and various temperatures. Various levels. Everybody will find the best temperature pool here. The sauna great too. 5 different type of saunas available, various temperatures too. The ice machine looks great in the middle of the saunas hall. Ice cubes falling from the ceiling. The cashier lady was very friendly and cute. :) If I would ever have a Spa I would like this kind of staff too. Highly recommended Spa.

Me and my partner visited Salaris for the second time, it was an amazing experience just like last time. The staff is very friendly and professional. We would like to mention Évi, Bea at the sauna world (sauna masters) they are trully highly qualified and amazing people who are made our stay very special. We also would like to thank the reception staff (especially Péter) for being very helpful during our stay we needed to make some changes and nothing was impossible. We highly recommend this resort to anyone who would like to relax and recharge in a very nice enviroment. Thank you Salaris, we definitely will be back.

It’s a great place to spend time and relax. There are several indoor and outdoor pools. The pools have different temperature and effects, jacuzzi bubbles. It was quite weird to be in the outdoor pool in winter, but the water was so warm and felt so good :) But the main beauty of this place is a Salt hill. It’s an amazing nature. Visit this place if you are around.

Has been a few years ago since I was here but it was a very nice relaxing day and well worth a visit. If memory serves me, probably not the most suitable for kids. There's a place 1 km down the road which maybe be more suitable for fun.

The food was delicious. There is one restaurant at the top and one for the pools (that second one is just a self-service restaurant) and 4 different bars at the pool area. I preferred the cafe bar inside the building. The room was OK. Kids enjoyed the balcony, because friendly birds usually land on it and they can watch them from very close. The stuff was polite. The hotel itself is a little bit overpriced.

Outstanding gem in the area!!! The water is clean, there are 17 medicinal, turkish and wellness baths, kids pools inside and outside, great fun for kids and the elderly alike. It was packed today (as its Pentecost long weekend), I still had one of the most relaxing days, thanks to the unique thermal bath, jacuzzi and the amazing massage (loved the oils and the sound of the ocean in the background :). The food was OK, nice selection of traditional Hungarian meals, and the main waiter is the hero of the day! Somehow he managed to serve each and every one of us with a smile and his manner was impeccable! Please give him a raise or at least a second hand on a busy day like this! I missed however some plants or other decoration, all the walls looked boring. Had a fantastic day!

Nice comfy room, clean an very usable bathroom. The food is excellent, especially the breakfast selection of food. The wellness is more for relaxation than for entertainment for kids. The time of the aerobic lesson in one of the pools is rather disturbing, the music is very loud then... it is strange that you cannot access the salt hill visitor path from the main entrance of the hotel, you have to go round the building, down to the bottom of to the hill, then climb up again.

6-night stay at "Saliris Resort Spa & Conference Hotel"
After many recommendations from friends and internet prospects, I decided to give in to my wife's insistence and come for a stay at Saliris in Egerszalók. And I'm not sorry. We opted for a double "superior" room and half board (breakfast and dinner with buffet) and we chose to park the car in the "underground" parking lot (we put the quotes because the parking lot is located on level 5 of the hotel). The hotel is built in steps, on a hillside, with all rooms facing the limestone formation that is representative of the area. The thermal baths are the attraction of the hotel and the area, being doubled by the possibility to visit special tourist attractions in the area, mainly the Citadel and the Basilica of Eger, but also for the many wineries in the area where you can organize wine tastings. the vineyards that cover all the hills as far as the eye can see. Along with the thermal water pools you will also find normal water pools but also all the facilities of a SPA, and the surroundings, covered by pine forests, with wonderful alleys, offer walking enthusiasts an opportunity to exercise outdoors. I can only talk about this hotel and the services offered superbly and I warmly recommend to anyone who wants to come to the area, especially to those who are regular visitors to the resorts of Hajduszoboszlo. I highly recommend.

Very nice place to spend your weekend. Termal water in the pools has temperature up to 38C°. It is very relaxing and fun. You have inside pools with different combination of showers for treating a hole body. Outside pools are cool because you are in a warm water (38C°) and the teperature outside is only 8C° but it doesn't bother you at all. Also you can go to Saunas and make a quick detox for your body. They offer a several types of sauna. From Finnland 110C° and 95C° or you can choose other with lower temperature like: Aroma (80C°), Thermal (60C°), Bath (humidity is very high, temperature is 50C°), etc.
You have also FKK Saunas outside if you like.
Everything is very well organised. If you forget toels you can buy it there for example. Prices are little higher after a new year. 25 EUR per person. Reccomand this place for relaxation of your body and your soul.🙂

Great hotel and Spa services. We were here during the winter. Swimming in the outside pool, or taking a great sauna session in snowfall is a marvellous feeling - everyone should try it. The food was excellent with high variety for most requirements. The facial massage was relaxing with really well trained masseuse who guaranteed our peace. The location of the Hotel and Spa speaks for itself, with the thermal salt-hill next to it, that are illuminated by night (see photo below).
I recommend this place, willing to return.

Very high quality baths. There are so many different baths to choose from that you can't really get bored of them. The place is spacious and well organized making it easy to get around.

The changing rooms were very clean, also with ample space for everyone.

There's a play section for children which I find makes it great for families.
