I had to edit my previous review because I made a “user” error on the McD app and didn’t scroll down to see the €1 offers after completing surveys. My apology to McD app team!

McD location on Jurisiceva is an amazing experience for all McD lovers. Super enthusiastic staff working trough hordes of tourists and still manage to make everyone happy. Thank you for being awesome every time we hit up Mc Coffee. Mad respect…you guys are our rockstars!!!

My boyfriend literally massacred an entire village after trying the espresso martini from this place. They didn’t stand a chance. Men and women and children. None were left alive. A swift and terrible attack. Umbrella in hand. I really tried to stop him. But the cocktail was too electric so not even a women as mighty as I stood a chance. When all was said and done he then turned the umbrella upon himself. (RIP) his final words were “ upon this rock I will build my church”. He will be sadly missed. Cooperative staff the nuggets slapped. 10/10 will be back again. ❤

Look, sometimes you need a quick and familiar snack because you've been exploring a foreign city for hours and you don't want have a lot of money nor a desire to risk with local food that might not be to your particular taste or sensibilities.
That's where McDonald's comes in and this is a very good example of one.
Good selection, almost no wait time, pretty reasonable prices.
Can you get better, more "real" Croatian food?
For sure, but let me have this from time to time when I'm abroad.

Very spacious place (it has ground and upper floor). Can accommodate lots of customers. Easy to order. Waiting time was acceptable (around 10mins).
Both floors were clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Staff friendy.

I highly recommend the original McDonald's in Zagreb, offering unique burger and sandwich options not found in France. The flavors, particularly the hot chili sauce and jalapenos, were delicious. Prices were incredibly low compared to other European countries, with the Pti Wrap priced at €1.60 and Max Best of menus for less than €7.

It is very good that they are open on Sunday's, but it was very crowded and the line for ordering was a little bit slow. The preparation of the food, however, was very fast and very delicious. Everything was hot and fresh.

I love going to different McDonald’s around the world. Croatia is one of my favorites. This McDonalds has SNACK WRAPS and curly fries!!!! The pies come with ice cream. The food was freshly made and hot. Wolt delivery service will also delivery orders from here. The screens will allow you to order in English which helps tremendously. The upstairs seating at this location was above average for most McDonald’s with lots of choices. I went in the evening which was very busy and there was still seats available.

Great food and great service. Mistake was made upon placing the order. I realized this when food was received. The staff and the manager acted quickly and offered a replacement by no charge. Just wanted to add this marvelous act of professionalism. Thanks to the team lead/supervisor Helena!

One of the best McDonald's I've been to! The McCafe has a delightful selection of drinks, yogurt with muesli, cakes, and small bites. Their cafe latte is extremely good. The menu has vegetarian burgers and wraps. There's plenty of seating space on the ground floor and the floor above, with clean toilets and bright windows.

OK THIS WAS AMAZING THE STAFF GAVE ME A 90 PERCENT DISCOUNT ON MY FOOD AS WELL AS FREE NUGGETS. ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE MCDONALDS THERE WAS THIS EXTREMLY MODERN AND LUXORIOUS HOTEL 5 STARS I RECOMMEND

Great atmosphere and music

Beside the bad smell, everything was really nice and comfortable. Service friendly and quick. The seating, the view. The coffee with oat milk was extraordinary. So glad vegan options available now.

Great double sausage and egg Mcmuffins. Clean and tidy. Food hot and fresh.

Atmosphere 4 stars because too much kids always making too much noise for my taste 🤣. Lots of kiosks for quick order, fast employees.

Wow wow wow! We were visiting Zagreb from the USA & decided to learn about McDonald's here. It was so good! The ordering system was advance & technologically superior to that of any McDonalds I've been to in the US. Further, there was a CAFE area where you could order Cafe and bakery items. The meal was excellent & I liked that I could substitute a salad for my french fries. Also, I had a small bottle of soda water instead of pop with my meal. Another thing you'll see in Europe, but not in the USA. I recommend it for traveling, US people abroad, or for the best of an authentic McDonalds meal.

The Mc Chiken is nice overall

Very clean place and fast service. One of the best McDonald's I have ever been to.
The chicken McMuffin is great for breakfast.

Beautiful restaurant! I recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick bite to eat. Came here a couple of times just to have a cappuccino and tiramisu while my son had a happy meal. This location delivered the consistency we’ve all come to know from McDonald’s.

Great location and clean. Use the code on your receipt for the toilets. Bathrooms are clean and upstairs.

Simply too tasty. Generous Jack is one of their best burgers, and the blueberry pie is out of this world good!
