Villa K Premantura

We have just spent a very relaxing 10 days at Villa K and didn't want to leave! The villa is exactly like the photos on the website, if not better.
It is immaculate both inside and out, extremely well equipped with everything you need from BBQ to kitchen stuff, lovely garden and beautiful pool which we all loved. Every detail seems to have been thought of. We were really impressed by a lovely warm welcome, the clean, well organized accommodation and very generous welcome pack. The villa is set in a lovely area with plenty to do and see if you can tear yourself away from the pool.
Definitely coming back again.

We stayed at Villa K for a week during summer of 2018. We had the most fabulous experience, starting from the first impressions when our hosts greeted us, to the peaceful greed garden, swimming pool etc. All of this luxury continues inside, the house is simply stunningly decorated and at a premium location in Istria. We highly recommend it and we will be back soon.

Esperienza fantastica.
La villa è di recentissima costruzione e dispone di tutti i confort. Si sviluppa su tre livelli e sono disponibili Sauna, bagni d'arredo in camera, wi-fi, idromassaggio, piscina privata, palestra, camino, barbeque, climatizzazione, tappeti elastici, parcheggio privato per 3 macchine. Tutto circondato da un immenso e verde giardino a soli 5 minuti da uno dei mari più belli che ho visitato.
La villa gode di una vista mare direttamente dalla terrazza e dalle camere più in alto ed è a ridosso della famosa riserva Kamenjac.
La proprietaria è disponibilissima a venire in contro ad ogni necessità, i vostri cuccioli sono benvenuti.
Un soggiorno qui renderà la vostra esperienza a Premantura indimenticabile.

Amazing experience.
Villak was recently built and it has all the comforts. It is spread over three levels and there are saunas, in-room design bathrooms, wi-fi, Jacuzzi, private pool, gym, fireplace, barbeque, air conditioning, trampolines, private parking for 3 cars. All surrounded by an huge and green garden just 5 minutes from one of the most beautiful seas I have visited.
Villak enjoys a sea view directly from the terrace and from the higher rooms and it is close to the famous Kamenjac reserve.
The owner is extremely available to meet any needs, your pets are also welcome.
A stay here will make your experience in Premantura unforgettable.

Wir waren zwei Wochen dort. Preis ist hoch, aber gerade noch angemessen. In die kleine Innenstadt sowie zum Meer sind es ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss. Die Betten waren uns teils zu klein, die Einrichtung ausreichend, aber nicht sonderlich wertig, ikeaniveau. Sehr nette Eigentümerin, sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Salzwasserpool und der Whirlpool auf dem Dach mit Meerblick ist cool. Sauna ist vorhanden, aber winzig. Auch ein rudimentär ausgestatteter Fitnessraum ist vorhanden. Die Gegend ist super, tolle Restaurants. Das Gras war so hart, dass man es barfuß nicht betreten wollte. Das Haus ist nicht in perfektem Zustand, viele kleine störende Mängel, die man bei diesem Preis nicht erwartet wie ein völlig verdteckter uralt wirkender nutzloser Filter im Whirlpool, eine sehr schwergängige Spülmaschinentüre, ein teils defektes Gefrierfach, ein zu kleiner Kühlschrank, Löcher im Bad, wo Ameisen ins Haus gelangen, einige Steckdosenabdeckungen fallen ab, im Pool sind einige Mosaiksteine ausgebrochen, eine Skimmerabdeckung kaputt und nicht alle Düsen funktionieren. Die Pooltechnik ist den ganzen Tag zu hören, da nicht isoliert. Das Trampolin verrostet und das Netz kaputt. Ein verrostetes kleines Tor ist vorhanden, keine Bälle. Waschmaschine ging super, der Wäscheständer war alt und verrostet, Wäscheklammern gab es keine. Grillmöglichkeiten gut, Kohle vorhanden, aber keine Anzünder. Gefüllter und gekühlter Weinkühlschrank vorhanden. Rolläden vorhanden, teils elektrisch, sehr effiziente Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum. Besteck, Kochutensilien und Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden, aber kein wirklich brauchbares Messer. Genügend Müllsäcke vorhanden. WLAN gut unten, ganz schlecht bis gar kein Empfang in Zimmern in den anderen Geschossen. Kein deutsches Netflix Account, müsste man einrichten, hab es nicht hinbekommen. Satelliten- TV und damit ausreichend deutsche Sender. Supermarkt im Ort vollkommen ausreichend, Stände mit frischem Obst und Gemüse, diverse Bäckereien im Ort, 7 Tage geöffnet. Tolle Eisdielen und Aquapark vorhanden am benachbarten Campingplatz sowie u.a. Radverleih, Quadverleih, Bootsverleih, auch Kajaks. Insgesamt eine top Lage, bis Pula sind es aber schon 15 Min. Viel weniger touristisch wie das benachbarte Medulin.

Definitivno najljepsa villa u Istri i okolici :)
Prezadovoljna prije svega čistim luksuzom ,cistocom i udobnošcu.

La location è spettacolare, la casa superconfortevole con ogni confort. Raramente abbiamo fatto una vacanza al mare così bella.

Od mora 2 minute, ima bazen, đakuzi, a vila je opremljena perfektno. Sve pohvale i za svaku preporuku.
