Premantura Resort - Hotel & Restaurant

Restaurant 'Resort' in Premantura near Pula pleasantly surprised us with its wonderful service, atmosphere and ambience. In addition to boasting a beautiful location, they also have a big plus for the kindness and expertise of their employees, who really impressed us with their service. The food is great! It is an ideal combination of traditional and modern cuisine, with an impressive presentation and very fine wines. The portions were "just right" for us, very well seasoned, and all at very affordable prices.

In April, we hosted our wedding at Resort Premantura, an experience that remains etched in our memories as truly unforgettable. From the moment we set foot on the grounds, we were met with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire event.

The culinary experience at Resort Premantura was exceptional and deserves special mention. Led by Slaven, the culinary team showcased remarkable skill and creativity, presenting a menu that not only delighted our taste buds but also left a lasting impression on our guests. The canapés were a highlight, reflecting the chef's dedication to quality. We initially chose this venue precisely for its food, and it surpassed our expectations with its authenticity and flavors derived from local farmers. It was pure joy and happiness in every bite.

Adriana, the manager (also known as "žena zmaj"), played a pivotal role in ensuring flawless execution from day one. Her attention to detail, organizational prowess, and commitment to making our day special were truly commendable. Adriana's passion for her work was evident and significantly contributed to the success of our wedding celebration. Her support helped us effortlessly overcome any challenges. Keep rocking!

Zdenka, our waitress, deserves special recognition for her unwavering politeness and welcoming demeanor. She ensured our guests felt comfortable and well-attended throughout the event. Her professionalism and friendly attitude added a personal touch that enhanced the evening's enjoyment. Her warmth and unwavering positive attitude were truly remarkable.

The entire waitstaff, including those working on our wedding night, contributed to creating a magical atmosphere. Their efficiency, friendliness, and dedication didn't go unnoticed. Each team member played a crucial role in exceeding our expectations and making our celebration unforgettable. A special mention to the young lady (whose name slipped my mind) on her way to becoming another Zdenka. :)

Resort Premantura's open and supportive approach to organizing the event made the planning process seamless. Communication flowed easily, and their responsiveness ensured that every detail was considered, contributing to an (almost) stress-free experience. We're grateful that they allowed us to set up a large tent on their terrace near the pool and personalize the outside/lounge area for our event. Moreover, the terrace's view was an impeccable backdrop.

Our guests were comfortably accommodated in well-appointed rooms, and waking up to a delicious late breakfast the next day was the perfect conclusion to our celebration. The stunning view from the restaurant (and rooms) added an extra layer of beauty to our overall experience.

In summary, Resort Premantura, along with Adriana, Zdenka, Slaven, and the entire team, delivered an outstanding experience for our wedding. The combination of delectable food, a dreamy ambiance, and a team of dedicated professionals made our special day truly unforgettable. We're immensely grateful for the exceptional service and would highly recommend Resort Premantura for any event. Thank you for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

Great location and excellent hotel with delicious breakfast and dinner. Ms Zdenka from the restaurant staff is out the league, she really takes care of every guest and makes it a special experience.

Really great food, not typical hotel food but great local food options. Daily fish or meat menu for half board guests. Kind and friendly staff. Flexible check in/check out. Nice views to the sea and pine trees. Located close to many walking paths, 5-10 minutes walk to the center of the village. A couple of ok beaches are 15 minutes walk away, great ones are 15 minutes away by car.

We are eating here frequently, and we are more than satisfied with the food. They are using local groceries and it's delicious. The stuff is super friendly. I sincerely recommend!

We did not book in advance, we got a room immediately, they were extremely kind to us at the reception. The kitchen is excellent, they also took care of me as a vegetarian. The gin tonic is perfect! :D The hotel staff is very nice, the hotel is clean. Very calm, quiet, real rest. The island is beautiful. I recommend to everyone! :)

This is our second time here and we will continue coming here. The food is excellent, it can go hand in hand with some of the best restaurants in this part of the world. They have fish options, meat options, and vegetarian options. Breakfast is practically a la carte and everything is delicious and handmade. The oil and vinegar on the table are local, they serve some of the best Istrian wines.
The service is excellent, they will go out of their way to please you and be very polite about it.

The view is great and the location is very peaceful and almost hidden. You are basically at the end of the road, next to the sea. And the rest of the view is of the beautiful forest. You are close to Pula but also the rest of Istria because here, everything is 15-40 min away.

Modern hotel, friendly staff. Nice ambient, live music performance during dinner. Food is really delicious, the best we have tried lately! Local fresh fish and sea food and homemade pasta, portions are quite big! Best carpaccio we ever tried, rich offer of breakfast, nice flavors and spices. Very friendly staff, kudos to the waitress Zdenka and the cooks in the kitchen👏🏻

We had a terrific stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. The AC worked really good for the hot summer days. The balcony was spacious as well. Breakfast is included in the stay and it was absolutely terrific! So much to choose from and very tasty. Guests also had free dessert for dinner time. Parking was free of charge. Plenty of parking spaces in the front and in the back of the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We were there for lunch. The food was delicious, especially the šurle pasta with shrimps and all the other pasta food. For apetizer we had tatar from Boškarin it was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu and everything else, especially Zdenka our waitress.

Beautiful small Hotel with family atmosphere in a beautiful area! Very high hygiene standard (Covid19...), i felt very safe there. Young motivated team, lovely breakfast. There is a safe room for ebikes/bikes and other outdoor- equipment. There is also a room for cleaning this equipment. Perfect place for active holidays - we will come agin!

Quite new hotel on the half-island of Premantura, Istria, Croatia. It is built on a quiet spot, on the pool side there are no more buildings, just nature, in the side you enter the hotel, there's a camping site across the street.
The breakfast was one if the best I ever had in a hotel, really good food buffet style. They prepare a lot of small sandwiches all the time with warm things on them like eggs, bacon, ...
By foot it's around 10min to the center a the small city. There you'll find some restaurants and so on.

We went to dinner at the Premantura Resort. The restaurant was good, the service was excellent and the fish was fresh and very tasty. Very good 👍

Great experience. Warmly recommend.
