polite and helpful staff, old furniture but i did not expect anything fancy. if you're Yugo-nostalgic, then you'll like the 80s-90s vibe. nice sauna. outdoor pool best experienced in winter with warm water, fog above it and snow around.

I love the experience the hotel offers. The spa area is big and nice and my favorite thing is the outside pool that is so amazingly warm. Definitely recommend a swim in it during the night to watch the stars or when light rain is falling.
The rooms are run down, that is true so if you expect a 5* room experience you might be disappointed, however the stuff is very nice and comfy and the lobby caffe is great to chill in. I'd also recommend a walk through the small place the hotel is set in as it's definitely a really relaxing walk. All in all the place is a good rest point for the soul ☺

Great place for relaxing in indoor pool, awesome outdoor pool with warm water and magical fog at night. Recommend it! Also, you can eat and drink there and use sauna, take a massage.. and two times a day there is exercising in water. Went few times and going again, can't wait!

We went to the spa and are more than just satisfied with the wellness centre and the service. The pools are great and the massages are cheap and professional. I highly recommend them. Hvala još jednom! :)

Fantastic place with inside and outside pool with termal water.Personal is verry polite,always greets you wizh smile.Masage is something that I reccomend the most.Home made food makes you feel like knowing backrounds of Zagorje.

Sauna and thermal spring water...great, plus massage available. Place is nice with normal prices. Have restaurant. Inner and outer pool open during wintet.

Spa place with outdoor pool and indoor pool is perfect. Food is very good and the staff is great. High recommendation for this place!
