Villa Ivona

Villa Ivona is a beautiful house located only a 45-minute drive from the center of Dubrovnik.
The hosts were available and organized everything for us and recommended what to visit.
We had a wonderful lunch in Mali Ston where we ate shellfish.
The house is very modern, you have everything you need for cooking and storage, including a machine for making fresh bread.
The pool is cleaned every morning and the cleaning lady leaves clean towels for the pool.
The hostess Ivona is available on her cell phone and answers messages immediately.
We stayed in the villa with friends and immediately made a reservation for next year, because this kind of peace is hard to find.

Lovely house in a quiet village, Villa Ivona was a great last minute booking in our case. We enjoyed very much the pool and outside kitchen area and Ivona was a great host to us with a lot of helpful tips. Would definitely recommend to a family looking for place in a quieter area than the sea side, yet close enough for a day trip.

Beautiful home! We absolutely enjoyed every minute spent here! The hosts are very kind and approachable, which is really rare nowadays. Choosing this house for our holiday is the best decision we’ve made for sure!!

After visiting the center of Dubrovnik, we decided to book Villa Ivona in order to visit the surrounding towns of Dubrovnik (Mostar, Medjugorje, Kravice, Vjetrenica cave).
after tiring day trips, we returned to the peaceful harbor of the Villa and enjoyed the pool and the summer kitchen on the grill and the good music we listened to on the smart TV in the summer kitchen.
Ivona offered us local wine and every recommendation.
I would also like to emphasize that the hostess takes great care of the details and that everything is perfect and she is available on her mobile phone 24 hours a day.

Villa Ivona was a beautiful stay for our family! The location is very quiet and peaceful in a lovely little village - the house itself has anything you could need including so many toys and little playground for the kids. It has a kitchen, living area, and great outside dining area with bbq along with an awesome pool and heaps of areas to sit out of the sun and find some shade. Also great air con inside. About 20 minutes to Ston and the beach for food and supplies. The layout of the house worked for us great; mum dad + two small kids and two grandparents, two seperate ‘units’ - a big kitchen downstairs and one bedroom and a smaller kitchen and large living room plus two more bedrooms upstairs with seperate entry. We spent 3 lovely days touring around, relaxing by the pool and enjoying the peace and quiet. Ivona is also a great host was there to welcome us and show us around we cannot fault our stay, Thank you!

Wow!!! What a treat!! Villa Ivona is a beautiful villa not far from the Dalmatian coast and about 45 min drive north from Dubrovnik. We came from Australia, while on our European trip, stayed 10 days, and it lived up to all our expectations, from warm welcome of hosts Ivona and Miho to the incredible setting, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, stocked fridge and great furnishings. Our kids had a ball! Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

We had a great time! The house is spacious and clean. The most beautiful part is the large terrace with barbecue and swimming pool. The owner welcomed us nicely and was available for all of our inquiries.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday House Ivona. Even though we arrived late (because our flight was delayed for 2.5 hours), the hosts welcomed us very heartfully and with a nice welcome drink and fresh fruits.
The surroundings were really quiet and relaxing.
We enjoyed the beaches in Slano (17 km) and Prapratno (10 km) that are not so far away from the house (about half an hour/hour by car).
Since the village is located more or less in the mountains, it was not so hot at night (in June) and we didn't use the air conditioner so much.
If we go to this part of Croatia, we will definitely return here!

We had vacation with relatives and friends in the villa. Villa Ivona is a quiet wonderful comfortable place for rest. We hope that in the future we will turn there again :)

We had a great time at the Ivona's house. The place is amazing- pool, indoor and outdoor kitchen, playground for kids and the stunning view every morning. We biked around the place and spent there unforgettable holidays. Ivona is very nice and helpfull person. We recommend to try diner served by her and her familly- better than in most of Dubrovnik's restaurants. Thank you Ivona for fanatstic time in Croatia! I recommend the place for families and friends who wish to relax and be together in fantastic scenery!

The best host ever. Everything was beautiful. Home is in small a quiet place. Swimingpool is a clean. From host Ivona we get a regional vine and starters. i recomend this place for all people. We will back here! ❤

Beautiful, clean house and surroundings, nice dinner prepared by our host, Ivona. We were travelling with children so they loved the playground, toys and pool.
