Excellent food in a home-made retro style ambiance, great service with helpful tips and kind to customers, moderate prices for the quality of food. Dark beer cake is a must, it was marvelous and we're coming back if only for that. A great place in Karlovac, nice terrace and interior.

Atmosphere & food is worth of every cent you'll spend there. Their tomato soup is something you will never forget.

A great place to eat just outside city centre of Karlovac. Was surprised to find a wide menu, inspired by istrian cusine. The restaurant itself is in the same theme, creating a great ambience. We had lunch on a week day while it wasn't crowded, but on the weekends, you're gonna need a reservation. The staff were fast, polite and unobtrusive. We had veal with mushrooms and leek soup and homemade bread. Everything was delicious and we'll be sure to stop again!

Great mushroom soup. Octopus goulash is for every recomendation. Also try home made pastry with truffles and was great. We came here by recommendation of our friends and we recommend it to all. Big beautiful terrace. Easy to find. Lot of parking space.

Superb food, nice quite place with lot's of historic details

Great interior with carefully collected details and very well decorated. They have a courtyard where you can enjoy sitting outside. There are so many dishes and what's was a little bit unexpected is the size of the portion. Which was good of course. Salad, steak, sauce - all that was so delicious. Very pleasant staff. Highly recommended!

We found the food really tasty, moreover the prices are affordable. Grilled squids and tuna steak were our favorites.
The service was incredibly nice. In our family we have a member who suffers from coeliac syndrome, and although the restaurant does not normally offer gluten free dishes, the waiter made one particularly for that person.
Thanks to the decor, the place is very atmospherical, and in an odd way felt like home, though it is a whole lot different. Also the garden is a great addition, both for kids and adults.
Totally recommend that place as a spot for a break on your journey to the Adriatic Sea.

Amazing food and service! We stopped here on our way to Plitvice Lakes to have lunch and we were very suprised- probably one of our best meals on our trip in Croatia! Much love from Sofia, Bulgaria ❤

Best meat and veg in town

Everything was awesome, highly recommend this place. You will serve probably the madam who keeps that restaurant. Everything what was related to fish dishes was super delicious:) pancakes with chocolate one of the coolest that I have ever try. Fish soup or mushrooms soup it's just a masterpiece:)

Very nice place with tasty authentic and rich food! It's about a kilometer detour from the highway so it is a convinient and easy stop towards the seaside. It has an own parking lot so no need to seek for spots. Also there is a cosy terrace and a playground for kids. They bake excellent fresh classical homemade bread, a must try.

The best restaurant in the country! The food is fresh & delicious with an amazing offer. It beats all the restaurants on the coast, when it comes to seafood. Meat is brilliant as well. Service and prices also amazing. Love it!!

We ve been there near 1 p.m so it was quite empty.
Very good prices and big portion, for ex. soup costs around 15 HRK and main dish around 35-80 HRK.

Food is as it should be. I came here with a group of motorcyclists travelling with me. As the owner is a motorcyclist too, he voluntarily gave us some cakes and sandwiches for the trip later. I can recommend both food and service.

We found this local restaurant and it was wonderful, food and service are excellent and they have a nice playground for kids. Also the price was very affordable.
