I have to say great things about this rental company. We rented from them on three separate occasions while in Croatia, and every experience has been fantastic. This last time we rented in Zagreb and left the car in Pula. It was again a great experience with no issues with either the car or the service. I have to say that Igor went the extra mile and helped me get home from the rental agency after I dropped off the car. He was so professional and so friendly, and this final experience made me forever loyal to this rental company.

We got a new (3000km) Ford Fiesta Diesel.

Good car, staff is friendly and speaks fluent english.

They tried to block 560€ on my VISA instead of 490€, but when I told them that my contract said 490, they blocked the correct amount.

Very bad and hostile customer service attitude. Very old and basic car. Company does not care to hear about the faults in the car. Would not use this company again or recommend it to anyone.
