Excellent communication prior to picking up car. All details of rental were very clear. Quick response to query. We rented a car for a week on Korcula Island and was met by Pedro - again great communication and friendly service. Great service - would use again.

Super fast turnaround on our last minute request for a car in Korčula and Pedro and Luka made our check in and check out super easy and relaxed.
The car was a little bit worn down but perfectly drivable.

They were incredibly helpful patient and professional. Pedro arrived in 15 minutes across the island to help us as the wheel was stuck, (roads in Korcula are very narrow), he was so kind and responsive and we were so happy we rented with them. Also super flexible about the timing, drop-off and helping us by keeping our bags all day. A very great experience, exactly the opposite of a big-multinational car company! We had great service from Pedro and the team at Avax, which made for a hassle free car hire. We collected the car from their car ferry office but made arrangements to drop it off at our passenger ferry dock. This removed the need for us to deal with our bags and get a taxi. Pedro could not have been more helpful.

The car was in very good condition and it suited our needs well.

It was easy to book the car on the Internet. The gentleman at the pickup location were very friendly and professional. They had the paperwork ready and were very good at explaining the features of the car.

The car was almost brand new and very clean. A joy to drive. The return was quick and simple with an offer to dive us back to our accommodation. This may not always possible when they are busy.

Korcula Island had very little traffic in May, when we hired the car and it was great to explore the island.

The pickup location is at the car ferry port a nice walk from the old town or a short water taxi ride. I think you can also organise a pickup for a fee?

The price was very good, a third less than the travel agents in the old town.

I highly recommend this rental company in Korçula. Pedro, the manager, was very comprehensive when I asked him about taking pictures of the car, as I had a bad experience with a different rental car company before. Here, the whole process was very clear and I felt very comfortable. When I returned the car Pedro had time and brought me back to the hotel. Definitely, he was very professional and kind during the whole process.

Pedro was fantastic. I booked the car last minute (about 2.5hrs before we needed it), he met us at Korcula port from our ferry from Dubrovnik. It was an easy and smooth process, great value and super convenient service! If I come back to Korcula I will certainly book here again.

We asked for the meet&greet service and this went very smoothly, even though our boat was late. We met a super friendly contact person who made all formalities as simple as possible. The car itself , a Renault Clio was perfect for Korcula.

Really well done, great customer service from Pedro. Plenty of communication in advance, great service upon arrival and then excellent help from Pedro when returning the car to a different city late at night. Was initially a little worried as this did not appear to be the typical ‘Hertz/Sixt’ type of setup, but all worked out great. Well done, would rent again without hesitation.

Very nice customer experience to rent a car at this agency : very flexible on the process (where and when to get / return the car).
