The staff is friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable and will let you try/see almost anything they have available in the store. I had a Sigma 20mm f1.4 lens which I wasn't sure focused correctly. The owner of the shop helped me compare it with one of their own. We took some sample photos and he said if there are any problems they will send it to Sigma.
