Cipre Winery

One of my favorite things about Cipre is that they don't do reservations - you literally just pop in for a tasting. Just make sure you check their opening/closing times. The lovely Pero, took us through a delicious tasting of 4 wines: Rukatac, Grk, Rose, Plavac Mali. We ordered a plate of snacks as well. The setting is absolutely stunning with glorious views of red topped roofs, olive trees and the ocean. In my view, a must visit when in Lumbarda.

What a genuine pleasure to spend evening in Cipre winery. Rukovac was amazing and the plate was healthy, local and delicious. I am not having supper tonight. Thank you, dear people. You are the best!

What a divine gem!! Our favorite stop on our self-guided wine tour. Beautiful terrace overlooking water and mountains. Sweet owners, and even gave us some candies they made for free to try. Really peaceful and quiet setting, not as crowded as other places. Excellent wine for great prices. We loved it!! Worth a visit!

The views are spectacular, and the wine is better. If you enjoy GRK then you’ll love this place. We even had Rukatac… incredible white wine. You will not be disappointed with this off the beaten path winery.

Exceptional experience! Wonderful wines, wonderful view, wonderful service. Very close to the town center and bus stop from Korčula town. Tasting portions were sizeable and very worth it! Every wine was worth having, so I recommend the four wine tasting. The family that owns it was friendly and knowledgable and made sure we were well cared for. Could not recommend it more!!

Great stop at this family owned winery in Lumbarda. They went all out for our tasting session. From goat cheese, sheep cheese with truffles, anchovies, bread, figs with walnuts and the wine of course. One of the few wineries in Lumbarda to still have Grk wine bottles for sale at this time. This is why we came to try this special wine from this region but we were also served the rosè and red wine. We really liked the Grk and took just a few bottles. It was the best wine tasting session I have ever had. Thank you!

What a place!!! If you come to Korcula island is must!! Little, beautiful place Lumbarda and winery Cipre. Wine tasting is professional and great. Maybe hosts doesn’t speak fluent English, but despite of that they will teach you much more than usual you can learn about wine. Growing of wine, producing, tasting and little secrets. They are doing tha with such enthusiasm and energy that is contagious. That’s the reason why the wine is amazing. If you are white wine lover your king is Grk, if you prefer red wine Plavac is your choice, but don’t skip delicious and soft Rose. Family that puts all their heart, knowledge , experience and time to produce Mother Earth’s treasure in form of wine. It’s not just wine that’s great, but also olive oil and other products that will spoil your taste buds. In Roman times they’ll be highly rewarded with gold and land, but for them the biggest reward is your smile and satisfaction with their products and hospitality

Great Croatian winery! The owner was lovely greeting us like old friends and showed us straight into the area where the wine was produced. He then offered us freshly cut homemade ham which was delicious! We had three wines and a potent but lovely cherry grappa. He also served his mother’s homemade candied oranges which were delightful. Worth the walk up the hill for them alone! Not as fancy as some of the other winery’s but lovely host and nice wine.

A great experience! Although we tasted wine at three local wineries, this was not only our favorite wine, but the friendliest atmosphere.

Small super local winery! We enjoyed grk and rose made by the delightful owner. Complementary candied orange peel was delicious. Cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

What a place! We tried the Grk and we absolutely fall in love with it! The owners are gorgeous and very kind. We had a perfect time there. The good reason to revisit Lumbarda.

Great wine, amazing food platter, and staff are incredible! Got stuck here in a storm and had the best time and staff were so helpful in making sure everyone got home safe!

Tiny winery in Lumbarda. After a great welcome by the owners, we got a wine tasting of white grk, rose and red, all amazing (especially the white one!) and from limited local production. You add good food (vegetables, ham and cheese) and a great view from the terrace, and you get a great overall experience! If you pass by, you should give it a try

Amazing little winery with a beautiful patio. We had the cold appetizer for two and were very impressed. Excellent service and were offered homemade orange candy at the end. A hidden Jem for sure.

Great little winery with some very good wines. Our server was also super friendly and even provided us some complimentary figs from her backyard. Would highly recommend anyone to visit here

Such delicious wines especially the Grk! Maria is also lovely and the designs on the bottles are very cool. A wonderful afternoon spent sipping Croatian wines 😃

The Grk wine is amazing, the view from the terrace is worth the walk up the hill from the bay, and the owners are very friendly! They only produce 5000 bottles a year but absolutely worth getting hold of some!
