Restaurant Santa Maria

Very friendly staff. The chef came out to show us how to eat the crabs (we were completely inexperienced in this matter). Everything was very tasty, the interior of the restaurant is very nice, and the complimentary drinks were especially nice. If we come back to Rab, we will come back to this restaurant for sure. Thank You for Your hospitality! (On the picture there is the monkfish with orange sauce. This was really good too.)

So far one of the best restaurants in RAB island, great food : fresh and testy seafood, you have to try the fishsoup and amazing service : super polite and friendly ... strongly recommended

Took a boat to this island from Punat and found this place walking around. Nice outdoor seating area. Good service and food. Picked this place over the crowded restaurants right on the water.

Santa Maria restaurant in Rab was fabulous. From the food, the staff and service to the warm and historic environment. The Seafood stew and the dry age steak left me wanting more. Tell everyone is your visiting the beautiful island of Rab, Croatia this restaurant is an absolute must.

Great hidden corner with quiet, local music and idilic decorations (stone balconies, old wooden tables) feals like you stepped into the past. Prices are fair, portions good. They appear to be specialized into muscles (which are in most dishes). Vegetarian options are not that inviting though.

Very good service - the waitress gave excellent recommendations for the food. The ambiance at Santa Maria is also very cozy and welcoming.

Interesting looking restaurant. Great food (risotto was great, compliments to the cook). Personal was really nice and they served us everithing really fast.

This place is a must visit on Rab! Probably the friendliest, most professional and most delightful service I have ever experienced. The amazing food and beautiful location made our dinner a very memorable experience.

One of our favorites so far in Rab! The waiter did his very best to provide us with excellent service, the food was delicious, and the building itself was very cool - half of the restaurant looks like a wooden tall ship, whereas the other half is an indoor courtyard full with paintings, various vegetation, antiques and other interesting things. The menu has enough variety to provide everyone with something they'll want and everything we ordered was amazing! The kids also loved the atmosphere and had a blast.
