Pavlecic Apartments

Very nice apartmant. Good location, only few steps from the beach. The beach is very good for children. The apartmant is clean with well equiped kitchen. The house has a good climate. It is in shadow in the afternoon due to the hill behind him so you can sit in the terrace and enjoy the view. The owners are very kind people. Very helpful. Vladimira speaks good english and draw us a map about restaurants and gived all the information about beaches, Rab and everything. They even gave us free wine and sausages for welcome us after we arrived. You can also buy their homemade alcohol so you dont have to worry about gifts for your family and friends. I hope we can go back some time in the future.

This was our third holiday in Pavlecic apartments and definitely not the last one. Vladimira and her husband Marian are very friendly and helpful with any requirements we have. On the arrival we got all needed information regarding accommodation, island and town Lopar. House is situated just a moment from a very quiet beach where there is also a nice bar with all refreshments. Water on the beach is nice, warm and shallow so this is paradise for kids and of course for us as we don't need to watch our children like terminators :-).  All the apartments are nice and tidy, equipped with air conditioning, matraces are nice and comfy, clean bed lining, the bathroom is also nice and clean and comes with towels which are replaced if needed. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge (where we always find a nice welcome surprise :-) ), freezer and stove.  Oh and do not forget terase with a nice view. There is also private parking with lots of space. Long story short we recommend Pavlecic apartments 100%.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and tidy, with just big enough rooms and terraces (balcony). In the apartment, you will find everything you need - air-condition, clean shower, sheets, towels (can be changed every 2-3 days), drawers and cupboards (to store your clothes rather than to shovel them around your suitcases) and well-equipped kitchen (maybe only missing a microwave). There is also a barbecue outside that you can use if that is your kind of thing. There is a private parking right outside the house.

The location of the apartment is especially great if you have children because there is a sandy beach with shallow water just a 1 minute walk from the apartment.

The communication with the hosts was perfect (English, German). They were nice, friendly and very helpful. They also sell some very good wine and liquors, definitely give them a try!

Our family goes to Lopar almost every summer, trying different apartments but this was hands down the best one that we ever stayed in. We cannot wait to go back next year if possible :)

We spent 10 wonderful days in Lopar.
Apartments Pavlecic are very nice and clean, positioned only 30 meters far from the nice beach of Mel.
The kitchen has everything we needed and eating on the terrace we enjoyed a great view.
The beds are very comfortable, even for myself (I am taller than 2 meters).
It is perfect for kids, we have one 3 year old daughter and 9 months old son.
Vladimira and Marijan are very nice, welcoming and supportive. They made feel us at home!

We are looking forward to coming back!

Pri príjazde nás privítali veľmi milí domáci. Previedli nás ubytovaním, vysvetlili, poradili výlety. Poradili kedykoľvek sme niečo potrebovali. V kuchyni nás čakala fľaša vína a obložený tanier lokálnych salám a klobás. Bývali sme v apartmáne c.2, ktorý je vhodný pre 4 člennú rodinu. K apartmánu patrí veľkorysá terasa so sedením a výhľadom na more. Apartmán bol pripravený, čistý a funkčne vybavený všetkým potrebným - vrátane uterákov a posteľnej bielizne. Na oknách izieb sú osadené sieťky. Klimatizácia, wifi, stropný ventilátor... K apartmánu patrí parkovacie miesto priamo vo dvore. Majitelia sú zároveň vinári, odniesli sme si niekoľko fľašiek vín a brandy.
Sme nad mieru spokojní a určite sa ešte vrátime.
Ps: piesková pláž s postupným vstupom do mora, na pár krokov od apartmánu, je na nezaplatenie.

Ubytovanie odporúčam, je v perfektnej lokalite, ani nie minútu od pláže. Voda po členky aj 100 metrov, čiže sa netreba o deti báť. Voda bola teplá už posledný júnový týždeň. Ubytovanie má vlastné parkovisko, gril. Apartmány ( mali sme dva) boli čisté, priestranné. Osušky , uteráky a aj čistiace prostriedky boli na oboch apartmánoch. Taktiež posteľné prádlo aj obliečky ( na iných apt som sa stretla s tým, že bola len plachta). V kuchyni bol všetok potrebný riad k dispozícii. Na apartmánoch bola chladnička s mrazničkou, dvojplatnička, rýchlovarná kanvica, klimatizácia. Mali sme možnosť výmeny uterákov a osušiek za čisté. Majitelia sú veľmi milí a ľudskí. Dostali sme aj napečené koláčiky od pani Vladimíri, čo nám vyčarilo úsmev na tvári. Taktiež sme mali v deň príchodu ich domáce víno a ich ,,klobásu,, ako darček na ochutnanie v chladničke. Určite odporúčam ochutnať aj ich ponuku vín a likérov. My sme zakúpili domov ako darček z dovolenky. Všetko bolo super, len krátko. Ťažko sa nám odchádzalo. Možno do budúcnosti by som porozmýšľala nad nejakou hojdačkou a šmýkaľkou alebo niečím podobným pre deti, kedže som si všimla, že na ubytovaní je viac detí. Určite by to ocenili deti aj rodičia :) Už sa tešíme na daľšie stetnutie :)

Witajcie. Spędzaliśmy bardzo miłe wakacje w apartamentach Państwa Pawlecic. Dziękujemy jeszcze raz za gościnność. Właściciele (Vladimira and Marian) bardzo uprzejmi, grzeczni a przede wszystkim zawsze pozytywnie nastawieni i rozumiejący rodziny z dziećmi oraz wieczorne pogawędki na tarasie. Apartamenty czyste, przestronne, dobrze wyposażone, z pięknym widokiem i klimatyzacja - bez dopłaty. na tarasie suszarka, stolik oraz parasol sloneczny.
To był najlepszy apartament w całej naszej wakacyjnej historii.
Samo miejsce spokojne. Jest grill na zewnątrz. Przestronny parking - zamykany na noc. Dno morza i Plaża piaszczyste. Bezpiecznie jest też zostawić cały plażowy ekwipunek na plaży na czas całego pobytu. Sama plaza bez tłoku i rewelacyjna dla dzieci.
Wszędzie jest blisko - plaża, restauracje, piekarnia, Konzum.
Mocno zachęcam też do spróbowania - degustacji (zakupu) trunków z winnicy Państwa Pawlecic - wino cuvee przepyszne. Dodatkowo likiery oraz wino sauvignion 😃
Miejsce godne polecenia a w skali 1-5 daje 10.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder )haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Appartement war sehr sauber und bietet alles was man braucht .
Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und geben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge ect.
Die Nähe zum flach abfallenden Sandstrand ist gerade für Familien mit Kindern ein großer Vorteil.
Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Tieto apartmány môžeme vrelo odporúčať. Izby boli extrémne čisté, matrace nové, úžasné sa nám tu spalo, nechýbala klíma, všetky potrebné riady v kuchyni, priestranná terasa so slnečníkom, všetko hodnotíme ako top. Poloha naozaj na par krokov od pláže, voda je čistá, piesok jemný, pre deti je to hotový raj. Majitelia veľmi príjemni ľudia, ochotní poradiť ak vám treba cokolvek, vždy nápomocní. Radi sa sem znova vrátime, boli sme veľmi spokojní.

Obiekt godny polecenia, miła wręcz rodzinna atmosfera. Duży prywatny parking na terenie obiektu, możliwość zrobienia grilla. Piaskowa plaża, idealna dla małych dzieci (płytka woda nawet daleko od brzegu) tuż obok obiektu. Bardzo pomocni i zawsze uśmiechnięci gospodarze (Vladimiara i Marian). Duże przestronne pokoje z tarasami, czyste i klimatyzowane, czyste, duże, ręczniki, koce i pościel. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Taras z leżakiem, stołem, krzesłami i dużym parasolem. Właścicielka obiektu serwuje przepyszne likiery i alkohole (z możliwością zakupu). W skali od 1 do 5 - wystawiamy w imieniu naszej rodziny duże 5!!! POLECAMY

Wir waren das 4.Mal bei Familie Pavlecic. Haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt und auch dieses Jahr war unser Urlaub sehr schön. Die Familie ist sehr nett, es ist jedes mal ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen. Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele Strände sind von hier gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf der Insel gibt es immer was Neues zu entdecken. Wir sagen Dankeschön und hoffen das wir uns bald wiedersehen. Wir waren dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal in einem der Appartments und können diese nur empfehlen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber, die Einrichtung modern und neu. Da das Haus nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt ist, eignen sich die Wohnungen besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Das Babyphone reichte vom Bett unserer kleinen Tochter bis zur Strandliege 😄 Insgesamt ist das Anwesen sehr gepflegt und großzügig gestaltet. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Vielen Dank an Familie Pavlečić für die wunderschöne Zeit und Gastfreundschaft😍 Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr 🙋🏻‍♀

Wspaniałe miejsce na wakacje, szczególnie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Apartamenty czyste, zadbane klimatyzowane z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Wlascicielka bardzo mila i we wszystkim pomocna.To nasz drugi pobyt w Apartament Pavlecic i bardzo miłe wspomnienia. Do najbliższej kameralnej piszczystej plaży zaledwie 30 m, gdzie można wypożyczyć rowerki wodne, starsze dzieci mogą skorzystać z dmuchanego toru przeszkód na wodzie, pograć w siatkówkę czy nożną. Jest także plażowy bar, gdzie oferuja zarówno fast food jak również tutejszych specjałów oraz napić się zimnego piwka i nie tylko. Po zakupy spożywcze zaledwie 5 min spacerkiem. W tym miejscu naprawdę wypoczniecie i zafundujecie dzieciom niezapomniane wspomnienia.

Zelo primerno za družine z malimi otroci, mirno okolje, apartma na krasni lokaciji - 50m od peščene plaže, v vodi veliko plitvine, kar je zaradi otrok KRASNO, zelo prijazna in ustrežljiva gostiteljica, pa še bi lahko naštevali. Apartmaje Pavlečić iskreno priporočam! Mi se bomo z veseljem vračali nazaj
