They are very friendly people who helped me fast and good.

Maybe one of the best car rental experiences I ever had. When we went to drop off our car, the attendant told us that there was actually a closer location which we ended up going to which would be a cheaper taxi ride to our final destination. And when we got there, one of the staff members actually drove us to our final destination so we didn’t even have to take a cab. It was fantastic.

This team at the Pula Airport was the most helpful, responsive, professional, and accommodating team of car rental employees I have EVER experienced. My ferry from Venice to Pula was canceled, and the ferry company made us take a bus, arriving late, near the time Enterprise Car Rental was closing. I reached out via Whatsapp all day as my plans were forming, and Melissa and Sasha responded to every text within minutes. As my arrival time changed again, they happily adjusted everything several times, upgraded my car, allowed my friend to pick it up before they closed, adding me as a driver. A week later, I was able to change my drop off time in Zagreb 2x. FYI, in Croatia, the smaller the car the better! Roads are tight!

Super Service and very friendly personal!
We flew on Friday to Pula and rented a small car (like golf class) from enterprise. We got a small, almost completely new Dacia SUV (only 1000km). The employes from enterprise were really friendly and soon after landing we could leave. After three days we brought the car back. We were around 1h to late (because of traffic) but this was not problem at all. The employee was already waiting for us outside and made sure that we could get as quickly as possible to our airplane. Thanks for that and best greetings out of Frankfurt.

We met Saša the manager at a time he was busy, he set aside his work and dealt with us face to face, organised a rental car for us at last minute and in a very busy season and took the time to explain the insurance and even how we could reduce the cost of the rental.
His customer service was excellent and a really nice, honest man. Thank you Saša for rescuing us!
