Beautiful little church. Very well preserved, in an idilic location.
I didn't visit the cloister, however, because they asked a 2€ entrance fee. After the 25€ already paid to enter the parc, I felt enough is enough.

Absolutely loved it, a boat ride from the island is free the first time after you buy the ticket. The monastery itself is very nice, but not as peaceful as i thought it would be. A new group arrives every 15 min (either from dubrovnik or from the island). The beach opposite from the pier is lovely.

It's a wonderful park. Lots of biking trails. The were kayak rentals and places to swim.
Bring water shoes as is a rocky beach. The monestary was closed but the chapel was very nice. The boat ride was fun. Hikes are steep, don't wear high heels.

Beautiful place on an island in the lakes of Mljet. You can get to the island from several locations on the lake shore.

Bring some snacks and drinks with you, and take a moment to enjoy the lakeside from the island on an island.

The blue waters make this place particularly lovely, and the well taken care of monastery is a great place to explore.

Beautiful to walk around and to see the historic buildings. We also did a little snorkeling which was nice. Make sure u wear shoes u can swim in! A must if your getting in the water!!

Lovely place to walk and to have great views of the National Park. A boat will bring you to this little island in five minutes from the cost. It is I side the big lake. There is another little lake nearby.

Gorgeous old church and monastery grounds. The walk around the island is short, maybe 20-25 minutes at a slow-to-moderate pace, but the entire island is very beautiful. The water is blue and clear, and full of fish.

Everything on this island is beautiful including the food in the restaurant. One of the heights of my trip to Mljet.
