Very nice, clean, modern and quiet place. If our little appartmen had one more window or balcony it would be perfect :) Also bigger clothing cabinet or shelves would be great.

This is an incredibly peaceful location. All you will hear is the sound of the waves and the occasional fishing boat going past. There is no traffic & very few people. The views are incredible, the island of Hvar and the mainland can be seen from the terrace.

The apartments are built to a high standard with air conditioning throughout. Nicely appointed bathroom and kitchen.

The area is known for 2 beaches (plaza Jezero & beach Salpa). You can get to them by walking along the edge of the beach in front of the apartment or walk back up the road to the cross roads and turn right onto the gravel path. The Google Satellite image shows the path. When we were here in June we had the beach to ourselves.

There is nothing here in terms of shops or restaurants. Orebić is 3km away directly behind you through the mountains as the crow flies but it is actually a 25km, 30 minute drive by road. You need to buy all your groceries before you arrive here.

WiFi is available but I found 3G worked a bit better. I was connected to Tele2 and had full strength on iPhone.

There is a full time manager on site.

This place is marked on Google Maps but it is actually the last building when you get to the end of the road. Slightly further along than Google maps shows.

Very nice hotel, it was very relaxing and peaceful time for me.
You can find a few beaches where you can just rest your mind and soul and enjoy in the beautiful sunset.
Its the perfect place for your family so you can spend some nice and good time together.
The views are incredible. You can really forget all your problems there and just enjoy! I loved every minute of it.

So peaceful and sunny area where the apartments are located, just next to the sea with magnificent sea view. You can find a few excellent beaches around and really enjoy in the pure nature. Must come and visit this amazing place! Highly recommend!

W Chorwacji byliśmy wcześniej 3 razy w miejscowosci Mala Duba, rejony Makarskiej. Było cicho i spokojnie a na tym Nam głównie zależało ze względu na dzieciaki, żeby mogły się w spokoju pobawić bez tłumu ludzi a My odpocząć od codziennego życia i hałasu.

Gorąco polecam właściciela Dubas Apartments. Uprzejmy, serdeczny właściciel z którym można było załatwić doslownie wszystko, apartamenty w bardzo dobrym stanie, niczego nie brakuje. Obsługa pomocna i serdeczna. Miejsce czyste, dobrze wyposażone i co najważniejsze? Byliśmy z rodziną we Wrześniu, ludzi było niewielu. Cisza, spokój, mimo nie łatwiej drogi do pokonania : warto, polecam!

Fantastique ! Nous avons passé un séjour excellent 😍 la mer au pied de l'immeuble, une eau limpide claire.
L'appartement très propre très confortable ( du mal à régler la clim mais ça c'est pas grave) la vue sur l'immense terrasse était à couper le souffle 😍
La concierge une dame adorable toujours disponible !! Communication avec le propriétaire par mail avant l'arrivée : parfait.
Seul hic certains voisins très bruyants qui vivaient beaucoup mais ça hélas les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien 😉
Des transats à disposition également sur la petite plage aménagée.
Si vous voulez un lieu paradisiaque où chiller et être dépaysé c'est ici qu'il faut aller !

Теперь, одно из самых любимых мест. Первая линия, шикарный вид из номера, большая терраса, уютно, чисто свободно! Очень приветливые хозяйва, дружественная атмосфера! Вокруг горы и море, шикарные виды! А главное, близко к одному из самых красивых пляжей Хорватии "Дивна"... Обязательно приеду ещё!

Cudowne miejsce. Cisza, spokój, piękne widoki. Prywatna plaża, leżaki. Apartamenty w pełni wyposażone, gustowne. Właściciele przesympatyczni i pomocni. Już z mężem wiemy, że za rok tu wrócimy :) polecam w 100% dla każdego kto szuka spokoju i chce nacieszyć oczy pięknym widokiem :)

Punto di riferimento ideale per una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità e sport acquatici. Ideale il piccolo porticciolo attiguo alla struttura per imbarcarsi o sbarcare dal kayak anche con vento ed onde. Gli alloggi sono curati e puliti ed il personale efficiente e disponibile.

Bardzo ładne duże pokoje z tarasami. Bardzo miła obsługa a widoki oszałamiające. Jest tam cicho, do morza dwa kroki, leżaki przy morzu. Napewno tam wróce.

Przepiękne ciche, spokojne miejsce. Położone przy samym morzu, świetny widok z tarasu na morze i gaj oliwny:) ukryty raj na ziemi:) i ten niesamowity dźwięk szakali każdej nocy...polecam i pewnie kiedyś wrócę :)

Úžasne kludné prekrásne miesto na skvelú dovolenku.Poloha je pefektná, pán majitel Falconi je milý pán a privítal nás pohárom kvalitneho domáceho vína,recepčná Irina nás o všetkom informovala a bola nápomocna a vždy pripravena nám pomôcť.Nič nám nechýbalo,užili sme si to.Určite sa vrátime.

Apartament bardzo ładny, Pani zarzadzajsca obiektem bardzo miła i pomocna. Widok z tarasu przepiękny a co najważniejsze cisza i spokój. Codziennie rano podjeżdżał Pan z pieczywem a do 15 września również Pan z owocami i warzywami.
