A hotel with a beautiful view, patient staff and excellent food. The cleaner ladies were also very pleasant. Glad I stayed here

Hotel SV. Kriz is well equipped.
Rooms and bedding are clean. Breakfast is good.
There is a small pool, but I don't use the pool when I'm by the sea.
Quiet romantic evenings and the smell of the Mediterranean are unforgettable.
There is a cafe nearby, and you can also sit on the hotel's terrace.
My warm recommendation, if you want a quiet, real vacation.
We enjoyed walking and the wonderful Adriatic Sea.

After visiting the hotel in 2020 we couldn’t wait to get back this year.

The location of the Hotel couldn’t be better - within 30 meters there are:
- a clean beach with an aquapark for kids
- a supermarket working all day
- a free parking place
- a boat dock for a 25min boat trip to Trogir every hour
- a catholic Church/Monastery Sv. Kriz (Holy Cross) with everyday morning Mass

The rooms are very nice and clean, with a fantastic view. The staff is very kind and helpful.
We are visiting with 4 children under 7 years and didn’t have to take an additional apartment.

Considering everything you get the price is very affordable.

Great hotel. Very clean, two steps away from the beach. Delicious and various breakfast. Helpful staff and the manager was nice. ( helped us a lot with a unfortunate situation we had). Counting on going back again. BTW, kids friendly 😊

We spent a nice week in Sveti Kriz (June 12-19) and have only good things to say.

The hotel has perfect breakfast with multiple choises.
Nice beach bar just on the other side of the street (Sveti Kriz pizza is my favourite).
Tommy Supermarket just in the ground floor of the hotel.

Nice, clean and friendly hotel. If you need a dentist, massage or other recreational services...they are under the same roof!

Great outdoor possibilities for walking, biking, swimmig etc.

During our stay there were no crowds at all. Weather from morning +20 to afternoon +30. About.

Reasonable prices all ove the island.

also from beach i recomend you take boat evry hour 30 kuna one way go to trogir first it can be hard find parking in trogir and it sometimes huge travic line to cros bridge boat is great option !
i can recomend that place for families of for couple nice beach esy logistica and clever stay inthat hotel and one day take boat to split other to trogir for money what they ask is fantastik place

Beautiful modern hotel with private pool, wonderful meals served and excelent location near the sea.

A little hard to find, but not a big issue. We stayed in the back onsite AirBNB. Host was great and the place was basically new and comfortable for our 2 teenage daughters, myself and my wife.

The rooms are clean, the food is of great quality. We enjoyed the pool as much as we could. The hotel stuff is really nice and are allways happy to help, all and all we were really satisfied with our choice of the hotel and would recomend it to everybody who does not know where to go but wants to spend time near the beautiful city of Trogir.

This year we decided to plan our vacation on the island, Ciovo at Hotel Sveti Kriz. Words cannot express our satisfaction during our stay at this conveniently located four star hotel. Our room was very large and clean. It consisted of a large loft space with a pull-out leather couch for sleeping in front of a 50 inch smart-TV our kids used for Netflix during nighttime :-). The second floor offered a comfortable twin bed. We had a huge balcony overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea, making morning coffee all the more enjoyable.

The staff’s hospitality was absolutely excellent. The hotel included an extravagant breakfast including a variety of meats, my favorite being prosciutto, domestic cheeses, eggs, fruit and cereals (and most importantly, all you can drink coffee for you Americans like myself :-). It was a wonderful way to start the day. Furthermore, dinner was also included - honestly it was much better than our dining experience at other restaurants in Trogir. Some of the meals included pašticada (a wonderful dalmatian domestic dish of minced meat), fried calamari, fresh local fish, beef stews, and of course, prosciutto and hard cheeses. (breakfast and dinner are all-inclusive)

The hotel offers a private beach with a cafe bar and restaurant. The beach is quite nice and we used it quite often for the children - they loved it. You can find lounge chairs and plenty of room to enjoy your day. We ate at the restaurant by the beach several times and it was very good; our meals included pizza and fried calamari. There is also a boat taxi from the hotel to Trogir for 20 kuna a person. We used this one time, and it was a great experience for our children; they loved it!

We also ventured to the beach Uvala Duga, being a ten minute drive from the hotel. This is comparable to the Maldives with turquoise waters and small white pebbles that are easy to walk on. This honestly, was one of the most beautiful beaches i had experienced in Croatia. Pine trees provided plenty of shade, so we usually stayed the whole day.

Trogir is such a wonderful and beautiful city. The narrow streets are of stones, reminding me of a smaller version of Dubrovnik. The city is full of life and is only 3km from the hotel making it easily accessible. We went to the city several times, usually by an uber (around 26 kuna), and drank coffee and ate ice cream on the main square.

Another nice addition to the hotel is the historical monastery, Sveta Križa, situated on the rocky north coast across from the Hotel. Sveta Križa was built in 1432 making it a great historical attraction! In 1600, an event took place here: blood dripped from Christ's wounds on the crucifix in this monastery, which resulted in the monastery becoming one of the most important shrines of the Dominican province of Dalmatia.

I highly recommend Hotel Sveti Križ - it is a win-win! With its great amenities, wonderful rooms, EXCELLENT food, friendly staff, and a location being central to everything - you CAN NOT go wrong!
