If you are on Cres, you simply have to come and eat at the ro restaurant. The food is excellent, fresh from the sea. The service is fast and professional, the waiter is calm and professional...you feel like you are in a 5-star restaurant. Parking is a bit of a problem next to the restaurant, but there is a parking lot not far from the tavern. I definitely recommend!!!

This place is a little bit hidden and not along the main tourist paths. But it is worth going there. Food is delicious, all Croatian specialities are offered. Fish and meat, only vegetarian options are sparse. Very friendly service. Anyway a good place to have a relaxed dinner.

Unbelievable fresh fish. We had king prawns fresh from the sea and fantastic fish soup. One of the best fish restaurants we enjoyed so far. Strong recommendations.

Super Staff very friendly, courteous and efficient. Food was excellent wine too! Can highly recommend a visit, set a little bit back from the water but worth the short detour from the shore. Make sure to reserve a table and enjoy!

Great service, a cosy place, food was really good and the portions were huge! Moderate prices for the quality and portion size. We ate two risottos (calamari, frutti di mare) which could be enough for 4 people, or at least 3, if you are really hungry. We were offered a complementary drink at the end. Definitely worth a visit.

We were a large group of 8 without a reservation but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, then served us some of the best food we had in Cres. We are grilled fish and homemade pasta, and all of it was cooked to perfection.

The prices are on a higher end of the spectrum but absolutely reasonable all things considered.

Best seafood restaurant in Cres town. Very simple menu with all the local classics — as it should be. The grilled fish (gilthead bream and branzino plus langoustines and squid) is outstanding: perfectly cooked hi quality fish with crispy salty skin and flaky meat. Octopus salad is perfect, as grandma used to make. The service is the nicest we had in Cres: precise, attentive and very kind. We went 3 times in 10 days and each time the whole experience was 10/10. Prices are absolutely fair. Thoroughly recommended.

Exceptional customer service! Attentive, polite, plus the only waiter (in our experience) on Cres/Krk/Losinj that offered to fillet our fish mixed grill. Perfect location, great food. Will return

Great and tasty fish meals prepared in a traditional way, the most friendly and unobtrusive staff I've encountered in a long while. Definitely a recommendation.

Delicious food! We ate two times there, first spaghetti with seafood (big portions and lots of seafood) and second time a fish platter for two with fresh orada and sea bass, scampi and squid, all grilled. All was very tasty!
Last but not least, the hosts are very welcoming and nice.

Fast service, good food.

We looked for a place to eat after a day boat trip. And we found this Bistro.
The service is great especially with teenage kids. The suggestions of fresh seafood were always top and even a schnitzel was superbly enjoyed by our kids.
We will surely be back. Absolutely good value for every Kuna spent!!
