We turned up out of the blue to discuss getting our air conditioning pipe replaced. The service manager understood and spoke perfect English, unfortunately they were fully booked for a week (looking at the workshop and parking it was fully understandable), we needed to be South to meet friends. He offered the services of the Iveco dealer further south, phoned them and made an appointment for us explaining everything. I would love to give 10 stars for this customer service.
