This collecting point is very straight forward and the process is very quick and organized.

Back in the fall, I ordered a power bank, which unfortunately didn't work. After that contacted the support service and had been contacting with them about a refund for a long time. Eventually, the money was successfully transferred to my Ukrainian account. So, good service!)

I've bought around 10 products from them in the last 5 years and it was always smooth and cheap. Only 1 product I bought was defective and that was sorted with their support, first they tried to repair it, then sent me a new one and after all that the product was still not working properly and I got my money back.
I always choose store pick-up as an option though.

A place to pick up your web orders. Prices for mostly products are significally lower than in a 'normal' store, invoices are also sent over e-mail, so you don't have to worry about losing an invoice for reclaiming a guarantee. Very satisfied with shopping over their web site.
